Super disappointed
December 3, 2020

Super disappointed with this company. I ordered these cute ornaments to decorate our company tree and to give out to our employees and family on a drive thru Christmas Party. They did not arrive when they said they would, I called and they said they would put a rush, and then they still did not arrive. Called again today and they said now the ornaments order has been placed on hold. I asked why and they said well you needed them on the 5th... do you still want them? They will arrive after Christmas. Started this whole process in early November and now we are stuck. Super disappointed... plus, I would not have even known they weren't going to arrive if I had not called them.

I had a problem with them being short of stock on an item that I needed on a deadline. I spoke to Maria Giusti in the sales department. Not only was she able to expedite my order so that I will recieve them before my deadline, but she also hooked me up with a discount for the ones I was short on. Review would be 5 stars if not for the short stock situation.

Do not use this company. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars in merchandise with them. Within the last six month, they have screwed up 5 orders and refused to do anything to correct them or make restitution. Essentially, their response is, 'We're sorry about that. What else can we sell you.'
-Sizes of clothing items are not correct.
-Pay for expedited production and shipping and they call the day you are to receive them and tell you they will late and argue about refunding the expedited fee.
-You literally have to pitch a hissy fit to get a refund.
-They interface with PayPal... yet half the time the orders don't get submitted... but they will take your money. And then you have to go to PayPa to get a refund. DiscountMugs won't refund you.

Basically their customer service and quality control is abysmal.

I have ordered numerous items over the last few years from Discount Mugs and have always been pleased with the quality of the product and the customer service. I don't even shop around anymore, if I know Discount Mugs has what I am looking for then I just go straight to their website, find exactly what I want and place my order. This week I purchased some last minute tote bags - then changed my mind about which ones I wanted, changed my artwork - made a real mess but Oscar Torres in Customer Service took great care of me, kept my order straight and helped me to expedite the shipping so they arrive on time. I love working with Discount Mugs and will do again and again!

The save the date magnets I ordered came in on time and was exactly what I ordered. I am very happy how our picture came out on it and how the front of our named appeared. I would order from them again.

Sure enough, the centerpieces were great. A lot of people came and the fundraiser ended up raising more funs than I thought. For a possible subsequent fundraiser I'm planning on ordering sporty tote bags to giveaway as a thank you to the people who came. Discountmugs.com got some great looking tote bags and jute bags I could print on.

I ordered shirts from this company on December 11,2018 and was advised they would ship on the 26th or 27th. Today is January the 3rd and every time I have contacted them in regards to my order, I get the same thing. I will escalate this and let you know today when they ship. This is terrible customer service and no one can give you an answer.

Horrible customer service. I order 20 shirts in full color, my proof was in full color. I received my shirts in 1 color. Customer service was going to re-print for me then I get an email from some lady named Whotyla Carole Aseron and she refused to re-print my shirts. But said she would give me a partial credit. So, I used the partial credit and ordered them again in full color. 2nd batch came in the same! She again said it's my fault I picked 1 color again which is 100% incorrect. I paid more than before for the same exact shirt and remember specifically clicking full color. So ridiculous, can't believe this site is in business. DO NOT ORDER FROM!

BEWARE Print Quality POOR
October 18, 2022

BEWARE! I ordered mini footballs (stress balls) logo printed you can barely see the logo and the logo rubs off with your finger. Also, the proof sent is nothing like the printed product. Reached out to customer service and emailed with Harold Hidalgo who replied: "We have received final confirmation from our claims department indicating that your request for your claim has been declined as the order appears to have been processed correctly as per your approved proof and payment selections and an order reprocess will only yield the same results as the art processed on your order has reached the maximum imprint area as well as the best possible quality with the artwork provided. As discussed, you may refer to our terms and conditions of service regarding your claim approvals and reasons for decline here:" The footballs are horrible and were not acceptable. Terrible feeling to be told "too bad, we are taking your money and not replacing the product". I will NOT order from this company again, and we buy a lot of products.

I just finished ordering a shipment of custom logo notebooks from discountmugs.com, and when I called with a variety of questions and specific needs for my last-minute order, I received unparalleled customer service and attention to detail from Manuel Motaduval.

I had a complicated order, and needed to have it branded with my basketball academy's logo and shipped cross-country in a very short amount of time. Manny found a way to not only make this happen, but also to save me money from my original quote in the process. Manny was knowledgable, personable, and extremely professional, and he was the primary reason why I chose to bring my business to discountmugs.com, rather than to another online custom printing site. I couldn't recommend Manny, and discountmugs.com, more highly.

I will keep this simple. Customer service is bad, but maybe because the CEO's and executives are worse! Training in customer service is needed, along with t-shirt printing quality. We sent back t-shirt 3 times (after drawing and writing what was wrong). They appear to outsource to a nearby Caribbean country for printing, and get it WRONG! I was duped by this site thinking they were a 4.5 rating. I should have checked the BBB; and another complaint site before I purchased. These 4-5 ratings are either from the 1% or employees of this company. Bel, Inc is the corporate name. Sued and complained against more than 10 times! Google COMPLAINTS AGAINST DISCOUNT MUGS. That's a ZERO for me, but there are NO ZERO stars.

I ordered Hoodies with my company logo. They incorrectly sized the logo and placed it in a different orientation to what was previewed. They must have gotten them from Forkin WHO Ville because the sizing is super small on Large on up. As for customer service they keep referring to my order of glasses? When i TRIED to get a refund or replacement order correctly sized and imprinted. I received NOTHING from these Scumbags!

We ordered mugs to give away as Holiday gifts but two days after placing the order we were told that the mugs we chose were no longer in stock. Johanna reached out and made our order happen, even a little better than before, and made sure that the mugs were shipped in time for the Holidays. THANKS JOHANNA! You're the best!

Truly one of the worst companies out there. I have ordered from them twice. Paid for rush delivery, twice. And both times my order came in AFTER my events. And they won't even refund the money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I had an art issue with my original order, and was given a $30 credit toward a 2nd order. I made the second order, and cancelled the first since there was so much trouble with the first. I was never refunded the full amount from the first order AND never received my credit for the second. Called to complain and the rep "Ruth" told me the best she could do was give me another $30 credit for the next order. I said that wasn't good enough, spoke with her supervisor "Mark" who basically told me my business was not worth making me satisfied. When I called back to ask for the $30 credit I was offered, "Ruth" told me she never said that. LIARS and thieves!

Last week I order some stress balls for our residents here at our facility, the sales rep stated he would send me a confirmation by e-mail which I never received. I called about the order and spoke with another sales rep and she stated that the order did not exist. On Monday 08-04 there was a charge on our credit card for the balls. So I called and spoke with a Oscar Torres and he found the order by using our phone number. Oscar was very professional and efficient and did what he said he would do, He sent us a copy of the invoice via email and told us when we could expect our order. Oscar Torres, THANK YOU for CARING!

I found everything i needed online, but i called in and Pedro Rodriguez helped me make some final edits. Placed my order and had all the order details emailed to me (VERY FAST!). He was GREAT! My customer service person Oscar Torres was very helpful with my order. He was cheerful and took care of my problem. My problem was that we ordered 105 mugs on 7-28-14 DM*******, the mugs arrived Aug 5th, in 2 EXTREMELY HEAVY boxes. Upon review of the mugs I found that 15 mugs were sent with damages on them. 12 were chipped, 1 had the logo smeared, 1 had a broken handle, and the last one did not have a logo on the mug. Oscar requested I send 5 pictures and he expedited the replacement order, to arrive before the 15th as we need them for our reunion. Oscar was wonderful giving us 5 extra mugs for the order in case of another problem.
