I ordered koozies several weeks ago that should have arrived two weeks ago. I can not get anyone on the phone or check the status at all. The order does not show me anything more than in production... this is not a place anyone wants to order anything from..
Terrible Customer Service! After i called and explained that i had not received what i was expecting, they informed me that my incorrect order was my own fault. I reviewed my order before i placed it and saw the pictures of what to expect. She informed me that the pictures that i saw were not a proof of what i had ordered and that i had selected something else for my order. They offered a "credit", but not a corrected order.

I paced a order for bags. Bags arrived with stray ink marks and pinholes all over the bags. It has been over 3 months with no resolution. They keep asking me to send photos which i have done 3 times. They told me they would replace the bags then never did. When i contacted them about the replacements 2.5 weeks later they said they were now not going to replace the bags until they had more photos. I have asked them to send me a return label many times for the bags and to refund the money. They simply respond saying they cannot do anything until i send them photos... again for the 4th time.
I currently use discount mugs to purchase all of my the mugs for our business. We have been using this company for about a year and have always had a positive experience. Mr. Washington Montenegro has always been extremely helpful. With each order, he is very professional, courteous and very accommodating. I would strongly recommend using this company for your mug needs. I know that I will continue to shop with this company and will particularly use Mr. Montenegro to help me with my orders.

I placed an order in late October and didn't receive a tracking number for over a week. The order was for a Christmas gift. One little item. About two weeks before Christmas i contacted customer service because the tracking number was still not registering. I contacted them three times within a week before getting a response. They told me that the order was backed up because of an issue at the warehouse and that it was not shipped. I asked for a refund and they responded saying they couldn't refund it because it already shipped. They also promised me that it would be here by Christmas. Christmas came and went with no delivery. The tracking number STILL does not work. I found a similar item on Amazon and it was delivered in two days and shipping was far less.
This happened twice to me. They approve everything and tell you it is going to come the time you need it - then the next day they send you information that they need more money for delivery and/or you can't order the quantity and need to order more. My order was for a charity event and they still did this. NEVER AGAIN!
Priscilla Limardo is my customer service rep. She is wonderful! She and I kept playing phone tag and she was not the least bit rude or irritated when we finally got connected. She is truly professional, helpful, pleasant to work with, has knowledge of the products and is very pleasant to work with. Priscilla is an asset to Discount Mugs.
The website was OK. Didn't have the product number readily available on the website when I clicked on the product I wanted. I had to look at a prior invoice to retrieve the product number. Three stars for the website.
The salesperson, Samantha, was truly great! She worked with me to meet my deadline for receipt of the product and promptly returned my phone calls regarding my order. Five stars for the salesperson.
However, the "live chat" was totally useless and the Customer Service department the "live chat" person told me to contact wasn't open during the normal business hours when I called. One star for "live chat" and Customer Service.
Overall rating: three stars. The salesperson is the main reason I would return to using this vendor.
Be advised that the products you order are not always in stock, must be ordered from overseas, and therefore may adversely impact your timely receipt. So order well in advance of when you need the product.
I ordered Koozies and Cups for an upcoming party. I received an email with a picture of the finished product for me to approve. Ordered, approved, and delivered in a week. They look great. Thanks to Johanna for her follow up emails.

Ordered glasses for a specific event and was told multiple times it would arrive on time. Date was pushed back three times... and ended up not being produced on-time. Poor customer service with no regard to its customers needs. Do not buy from thia conpany if you have a timeline you need to follow!

I made an order on August. I got the wrong item in October contacted them that they sent the wrong item and I want a refund or a replacement. They blocked me. And are not replying to my emails. AWFULLLLL Costmer service. All they care about is your money

Ordered 36 Champagne flutes for an event. The event has a date. Ordered them a month before. Received two boxes totaling 25,4 broken. Not even enough for the table. They promised multiple times they would overnight for the event. Then I get an email, too bad... AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
Answer: The imprint will wash off in the dishwasher, or if hot liquid is in mug for a few minutes may come off on your hand.
