Ordered from this place for 1st time.I received the laptop in two days. It was sent out for delivery the same day I ordered it. It is more than what I expected. Everything works no dents. I'm so happy with my purchase. I will give this place another go around when I'm ready for another computer. Thanks. Also I called cause wasn't sure how to turn on the WiFi. They answered the phone on first ring and told me exactly what to do. Best service yet

Broken stands replaced with two new monitors!

I had an issue that was 3-4 months old. I had not looked at the monitors at all and when I check, two stands were broken. They offered to send two brand new monitors and I said just send the stands, they replied with, the stands may not fit the monitors. Excellent customer service. I will order from the first before anywhere else if they have what I need!

My laptop was fried and I needed something urgently. I saw the prices they advertised but I didn't really believe it. Not only did I get a great laptop for $299 but the warranty is better than the warranty I got on my brand new (now dead) laptop from Best Buy. And it was half the price. Thanks Greg

First computer order complete unusable obsolete junk it cost me $45 plus 15% restocking charge only to receive store credit. I used credit to purchase a refurbished laptop that hung on second screen which was on its side when trying to view. My conclusion is this company uses it's no refund policy to scam customers.

Dodged a bullet! They advertise interest free 3 easy payments. NOPE, they don't do that anymore. BUT, it is still advertised as such on their website. If they lie about this, then can't trust what they say about warranty, product or anything else. Also, they want a 15% restock fee for cancel orders & refund only in store credit. Will discuss with my credit card company. BEWARE.

No returns accepted without penalty

Buyer beware that DE does not accept any returns except for instore credit. Computer failed in 3 days and lost confidence in restored products. Could only get store credit minus 15 % restock. Warranty repair is good for one year but no free shipping return after 14 days.
Not very customer supportive!

Sold me a 10 year old computer and No REFUNDS!
November 2, 2021

I didn't know that my Order was a Refurbished 10 year old computer! The Volume is not Loud enough to hear Videos or even hear Recipe directions and the screen resolution is also very poor. I paid $555 for it and they sent me a label to get it checked out and sent it right back to me, saying it was fine! No Refunds! There is a label on it that has Windows 7! I had a Computer Guy come over to help me set it up and he said, "Where did you dig up this relic?" They sure conned me! I need a laptop that works, so I have gone to Best Buy and letting the Geek Squad take care of me! I "had to" get a working computer! I'll let them this check out this garbage. I had to Contact The Better Business Bureau as I have been conned! They sold me Garbage!

Garbage PCs and garbage customer service. Took their sweet time shipping me the PC in the first place. Shipped me a computer with a broken hard drive. Wasted my time with a customer service run around to the point I just wanted my money back, only to learn they do not give refunds.

The deal was "custom" tower, desktop. Did NOT have Vipre security. I paid $19 for it. They did not respond to phone calls or emails. SAD. Blatant FRAUD! Plus, it arrived broken That, they fixed, after my $40 uber ride

Not working Laptop.

Last April 17, I ordered a Dell laptop. The first one I received did not work at all. After many phone calls they send a different one. These are 10-year-old office computers in rough shape. The second one at least connected to the EnterNet. But there was no sound card. I called again and they assured me that they would send the parts. That was weeks ago...Save your money and buy a new computer from a reliable dealer..

Was going to by a monitor from them, was a major task to sign up and then I could not check out once I found a monitor I wanted to purchase. There website is not very user friendly. In the end I gave up and will cancel my account, unsubscribe from their emails about there deals. In ther end I ordered a refurbished monitor from Newegg.com. It's good actually because with the free shipping I actually paid less than I would have at discountelectronics.com.

Their products are shabbily put together, and don't work. Don't worry though, because when you email them for a refund, they'll do their damndest to make you break warranty. If you manage to get through all their manipulative jabbering however, they will offer you a refund in the form of store credit, so you can buy another defunct product from them.

I cannot tell you how dealing with this company has aggravated me. I placed an order on a Sunday afternoon when they were closed. I canceled the order in about an hour. For so. E reason they sent it out anyway. I had them stop the shipment. I never received the order and they will not refund my money. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I received an unsolicited email from Discount Electronics, offering me a refurbished tablet 128 GB for the special price of $125+S/H. There were 16GB tablets for $79, but I did not choose that one. I clicked and purchased the 128 GB tablet. When the tablet arrived, it was 16 GB. I called the phone number and their representative kept insisting that I originally bought 16GB for $125, when the real price for 16GB was $79.16GB is completely useless for me. I clicked "return Item" but the link does not work.
I suspect that there is a trick in the blasted emails enticing customers to buy higher end products at low price, when in reality they just send you a refurbished low end product for high price.

SCAM SELLING OUT OF DATE PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE USED

We bought 3 refurbish monitor from them. The products we received are out of date monitors that do not have HDMI connection. These are old, scratch, out of date monitors. Computers these day all required HDMI connection and we can't even use these. WORST they do not offer refund, store credit only forcing you to exchange for another one with HDMI connection. The price for their old, used monitor with HDMI connection is almost the same as buying a new one. This is a dishonest selling old junk stuff technique rip off business. You will save time and trouble buying a new one or deal with somebody else who are honest. We rather lost money than doing anymore business with this dishonest business, and they won't pick up the phone talk to you when you call customer service.

Ordered a couple of monitors for my first order. One didn't work and wasn't as advertised online. Ordered another pair and one of those didn't work and the speaker I ordered was missing a power cord. They didn't seem to know their products well or test any of them before shipping them out.
Then their refund process was off as they didn't refund me the correct amount. Don't bother buying anything here. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

I ordered a used laptop from this site. It came with a broken shift key, so I sent it back for a replacement. I called to ask when a replacement would be shipped, and the rep said they would send it out that day since they had confirmation that I had shipped the broken laptop I had received. She also said she would email tracking info, which I never received. Called back a week later to find it still hadn't been shipped. The new rep said they don't cross-ship replacement laptops. They had received the broken laptop four days prior but were backlogged. I told him I wanted a refund, but apparently their policy is to only give store credit. Had I known that I would never have ordered anything from them, but now that I do, they will never see another order from me. This company should go out of business for putting out shoddy products and such poor service and lousy policies.
