Their products are shabbily put together, and don't work. Don't worry though, because when you email them for a refund, they'll do their damndest to make you break warranty. If you manage to get through all their manipulative jabbering however, they will offer you a refund in the form of store credit, so you can buy another defunct product from them.
Tip for consumers:
You have to pay 25 dollars for express shipping, and they wont send it out for at least a week.
