This company does not deliver parts on time or not at all. They have no phone number posted to talk to anyone either! Don't use this company!

I ordered a fuel pump that was supposed to be delivered the next day. Four days later, I'm still waiting on it. They used an outside vender named Carter Fuel Pumps who are responsible for the shipping error, but it took all of 4 days just to get me a tracking number from DiscountAutoParts.com. If I'd had that yesterday, I could have picked up the package myself. I will not use this company again.

I'm stationed in England (USAF). Like most people, I rely heavily on my car for work. I ordered a part to be shipped Express USPS ($39.+). I was charged for the part and Express USPS, but I received the part 10 days later because it was shipped Priority USPS $9. And change). I immediately wrote (twice) to Joe Belmonte to request a refund of the shipping difference. Not a word did I hear from anyone. They have now blocked my account so I can't call up past orders or invoices. Steer clear of this company if at all possible. You won't get the service you pay for.

I called discount auto parts twice to check on whether their cv axle would fit my car. On the 21st of December Bud assured me that it would, so I ordered the pair for $305. I received them on the 24th. After getting them out of the box, I realized they were absolutely not the right fit. I called that day and spoke to Bud. I texted him a photo of the old next to the new and he agreed that the ones they sent would not fit. He told me to call OP (the CV axle manufacturer). I did. OP said discount auto parts had sent the wrong part. I called, spoke to Joe, and shipped the CV axles back (including the original shipping label) on the 28th at a cost of $80. I followed the tracking number and they received the part on the 4th of January. Since I had called to give them a heads-up, I waited a week to contact them. When I called on the 11th, they said they would take care of it. I assumed this included the shipping since I didn't sign anything saying otherwise, I was without a car for two weeks while I raised the money for a replacement, and the whole thing was their fault because they assured me the CV axles would fit. A week later and still no refund. I called on the 20th. They said AGAIN that they would take care of it right away, but this time they said no shipping reimbursement AND a 20% restocking fee. If they had simply said they didn't know whether it was the right part or not, I would not have ordered from them. I am a disabled veteran on a very tight budget.

Ordered brakes and front struts at a fair price. Shipping was fast and everything worked.
