I'm stationed in England (USAF). Like most people, I rely heavily on my car for work. I ordered a part to be shipped Express USPS ($39.+). I was charged for the part and Express USPS, but I received the part 10 days later because it was shipped Priority USPS $9. And change). I immediately wrote (twice) to Joe Belmonte to request a refund of the shipping difference. Not a word did I hear from anyone. They have now blocked my account so I can't call up past orders or invoices. Steer clear of this company if at all possible. You won't get the service you pay for.
