I ordered a simple lower valance for the front of my car. I paid $45 for oversized shipping and they decided to fold it into three pieces resulting in two breaks along the part. Returns are not possible on this website. Was left on hold for upwards of an hour, never actually speaking to a living person. Their returns page on their website doesn't actually allow you to submit any forms to top it off.
