They searched my phone to make sure it could be unlocked and did a wonderful job! Earlier than expected date.

Took a little while but it got it unlocked and guy that sold me the phone still owed 600 on it, they worked a deal out with carrier i paid 237

The $28 does not immediately unlock your phone. It only does a system check. After that, they request $50 to start the actual unlocking process. The "process" is only reaching out to the previous service provider and negotiating a price to unlock the phone. You then have to pay that price in order to unlock the phone. THIS WEBSITE ASKS FOR MORE AND MORE MONEY EACH STEP! That beats the purpose of using the service.! You can very easily reach out to your previous service provider and negotiate on your own end, and save $78.! I wasted $78 with DirectUnlocks, and of course they won't refund. Don't use this service! Just pay off the phone or go to a local technology store who can do a jailbreak/unlock IN PERSON. This is a scam. DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK!

If you are looking for a device to be unlocked, then it seems you have came to the right place: your phone will be unlocked. Read all info on the site, all links, and every sentence during the payment process and before you click, "I agree." So to rate successful device unlock, they receive 5 stars as I have an unlocked device. If you must consider overall cost & the amount of time it may take prior to being complete, then make sure to do your research!

I submitted payment to direct unlocks and they were completely thorough on making sure the phone was eligible to be unlocked and even communicated any and all issues during the process and within g the time they unlocked the phone for me and everything is great now!

Very quick unlock of our phone. Did cost a bit more further into the unlock than I initially thought it would be. Good quick service though.

A friend of mine gave me an old iPhone to use for my business. Went to activate it only to find out it was locked to AT&T still. I tried going through AT&T and was told the phone was eligible but needed to be removed from the old owners account. Problem was it no longer showed on their account. DirectUnlocks took a few days and had to go directly to apple but now the phone works perfectly and I'm very satisfied. The price was small to pay vs buying a whole new phone.

At first I was suspicious since the first 26 euros were only an eligibility check, but when I paid the full price it did really work. Can recommend.
