What can I say except simply amazing.! Had a phone that's been locked for about 2yrs that I purchased from Ebay used and the seller said it was Factory Unlocked to my current cellphone provider which it was not. Did some research online and also on YouTube but couldn't figure out how I was gonna unlock my phone or what network it was currently locked too. So I'm starting to get frustrated and luckily ran across Direct Unlocks website and read some reviews and decided to take a shot in the dark. A little bit of information about the phone you want unlocked and a network check provided by the website I forget the cost on that but wasn't too expensive and had my answer in about 5-10 minutes max. I opted to use the Remote USB services the price was not to bad but if you have the extra cash do it. Had to download a website provided by their technician and we communicated thru WhatsApp follow the instructions the technician provides you and your phone will be unlocked in no time... Would definitely highly recommend this site to anyone and everyone who has been dealing with this issue and doesn't know how to go about getting it done... My phone was already unlocked and when running the check I was told it was not. Paid 28$ to be told the phone was locked and could be unlocked. Then paid $50 to proceed with the unlock. Something made me call the carrier to check to see if phone was locked and they confirmed it was not. I was able to add it to my son's account with his carrier immediately. 4 days later this company is still "unlocking" my already unlocked phone. I would not believe the scam they do that you have to pay for. Call your carrier first!

Hi, I followed their suggestions and my brand new, unopened I-phone 13 from T-Mobile was unlocked using their premium service. The previous user received the phone as a gift and never opened it. T-mobile claimed there was a balance owed. Direct unlocks did get it unlocked and now I use it on my Verizon network with no problems. The process took over a week so be patient.

BE CAREFUL: they have zero customer service the emails to *******@directunlocks.com bounce. They will take your money in several steps and never respond ever again.
If your phone is financed directunlocks wont be able to unlock it for you without paying the balance first. They will first bait you with a $28 charge to "verify" if your phone can be unlocked. Then they will say your unlock is ready if you pay another $50. Finally they come back saying because the phone has a balance I would have to pay them over $300 (+ the $88 already paid) to pay the balance and then have my phone unlocked. Literally every carrier will unlock the phone for you for free once you pay off the financing so what is the point of this service? They are refusing to refund my $50 which I was misled into paying and there is no customer service to reach. BUYER BEWARE they will bait you into making 3 separate payments and will keep making excuses as to why the phone cant be unlocked until you make 3 huge payments to them. I request a refund for my $50 literally no service was rendered except to say my phone was financed, which I already knew and they were supposed to check that in the initial stage.

This is a scam. Please don't waste your time or money by visiting this site. Nowhere on their advertising page does it mention that you will be charged an additional $50.00 to complete the service. When I asked for a refund, they hit me with some nonsense about agreeing to the terms on the checkout page.
I am extremely disappointed at this slick way of tricking people into spending some initial money upfront while charging you an additional fee to complete the full service.

It was the most terrifying horrible service you could ask for they say how quick they can get unlocking for your phone is a lie. You have to wait 40 hours for them to find your unlocking software to unlock your phone. Absolutely appalling. Absolutely not recommended to anyone I could go to London and come back and they still not unlocked my phone Their excuses you have to wait the full 40 hours for them to receive or get you the locking software. The cost was out of the roof, not worth every penny.
