I bought a older model smart phone because there small and I know how to use them. It was supposed to be unused and unlocked. It was unused but not unlock. After I bought a case for it and loaded my stuff on it I found out it was locked by att and they refused to unlock it. The website I bought it from said to send it back for a refund but I already had time and money invested in it and I liked it. So I found direct unlock on line and they had it unlocked in 24 hours. At first I thought it might be a scam but they have alot of good reviews because they get it done. Thanks guys.

The process was easy and they had my phone unlock code to me in a shorter time than advertised. It was a little pricey but well worth it. It was cheaper than buying the same phone unlocked. The cool thing is I still owed on the phone and they still came through. I would recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation.
