They really do it!

To for one I was always sceptical about the network unlock because of the reason that I have been a victim of fraud. That been said from the beginning that you go to there page is one very very friendly use it's details on how the step by step actions it has to take to be able to do and complete your service and don't let me start about the time it took honestly it was amazingly fast and efficient before I knew it I had my iPhone 11 pro unlocked and free to move it to who ever and wherever I choose Thank you direct unlock you guys are fantastic

The origin unlockcode was invalid!
No new unlock code is sent, but I now have to pay an additional €319!
The total price with prepaid fees of €80.99 exceeds the new price of an unlocked device!
The "service ticket system" does not address the problem that the unlock code is invalid, but rather I should take advantage of the additional service for devices for which you cannot enter an unlock code.
THE DEVICE REQUESTS YES FOR INPUT!
But the unlock code is invalid!
DirectUnlocks does not want to reverse fees for the invalid code, but only wants to issue a voucher for renewed services with DirectUnlock!
The credit card institution will be notified on January 2nd, 2025 to reverse the transaction.
One can only warn against this business conduct!

Do not use thieves

I gave them my money I expected to have my phone unlocked I waited nearly a week nothing happened I called them they refuse to take my calls blocked me and have never contacted me again and have taken $80 from me I am so upset I can't even begin to tell you they are so rude and so disrespectful and they are thieves

Stole my money!

They tried but could not unlock my android phone with virgin lock on it,so? Instead of contacting me and offering me a refund they opted to block me from there site? Thats ok i have filed a dispute with the credit card company and will get my money back and after i leave here i will be on the BBB site filing a COMPLANT.
