Admittedly I am now pleased/relieved to have an unlocked phone.
However six days is much longer than anticipated or indeed advertised. I was also unaware that further payment would be needed after the "pre-order". I am a single mum and it was a long wait without the use of a phone, also despite several email attempts I never received any communication.
This was so easy! Was a bit dubious of getting my iPhone 5s unlocked on the Internet. I live in the UK and the phone was locked to the USA. The initial order for unlocking was on a secure website which gives the buyer great confidence in the company.It only took just over 24 hours and my phone is unlocked!
You need to have little patience, because unlock work is not so simple and easy and take a little bit time but you can trust them, they will give you full satisefaction.

Needed to unlock an iPhone6. The service was really easy to use, regular emails keep you posted on the progress of the unlock and the whole thing only took a couple of days. It's a shame that it's a bit on the pricey side and while they do say that you pay in 2 instalments (the unlock request, followed by the actual unlock) I think it's written in such a way as to be easily missed. I knew about it, but see from other reviews that many didn't realise. More transparency on costing needed I think! Anyway... Overall, fast efficient service, great communication and would definitely use again for ease and reliability.
Overall, unlock works fine so far. Very fast service and reliable. The only downside is that the full amount is hard to be found on the site before ordering. Im still curious to see if the unlock will still be working after an iOS update.

Ok so I've been screwed badly by them the customer service by the name of nigel said i needed to upgrade my unlock cause my phone was blacklisted so i payed the upcharge now here i am 5 weeks later with nothing no unlock just them saying its processing please wait stinking liars is all they are do not i repeat do not deal with them they are shady and a bunch of cheating slobs
