My phone was unlocked as promised, but it took a very long time - I was expecting a week at the most but it took almost a month from the day I paid for pre-order. They did however send emails apologising for the delay and they did respond to emails requesting more info, even if they couldn't give me a timescale estimate. Another thing is the misleading price - please note that the price displayed on the website prominently is just the "pre-order" price, you will have to pay (a lot) more for the unlock to continue. This isn't made clear on the website, you have to really search to come across this info, and even then you still don't know exactly how much you'll be paying. By this point it's too late to change your mind as they don't refund you for the pre-order. You either go ahead and pay more to continue or quit the process and lose what you've already paid. Had I known the total price before hand, I probably would've looked elsewhere a bit more. Job done and I'm happy my phone is now unlocked, but wish they could've been more upfront about price and timescale.

First they make an offer on the web to trick people. If you pay they send you an automatic email saying that you paid just a ¨Pre-Ordering Service, then they ask you to complete the price, if you pay them they tell you, few days later, that your phone needs a Premium Service, if you pay they continue asking you more and more money and never they unlock your phone or reply your emails. They say that they are in England but they are lying. They are pirates. They are thieves. They have deceived me, and I have reported to them.

As with so many others, I have been scammed by this company. They first took £20 to remove the activation lock on my iphone. Then a day later they asked for £30 more, which I had to pay or lose my initial payment. Then my order was under way. Three days later I get an email saying that my iphone has been reported as blocked and lost or stolen. This is a lie. They said I could pay more to have their premium service unlock the phone. I have told them I want a refund of my £50 as they haven't provided the service I've paid for, and I'm not willing to pay more money to them after I've now seen all the negative reviews. I am awaiting their response. UPDATE: 12.09.2016. After advising them that I would file a complaint and leave bad feedback, I am pleased to say that they emailed me to say that their information that my phone was stolen or blacklisted was wrong, and they refunded my money.

After a whole two weeks my phone is still locked and after serveral attempts of messaging them for a refund they keep ignoring my messages, aslo it seemed very skeptical once they reply at 2:02am every single time, they took out more money from my bank account which is how i verified they are scammers luckily I only had a few money in the bank and have a holder which limits me from going into debt, if i didnt who knows how much they wouldve pulled! Please avoid this site and DONT GET SCAMMED.

At 12 MAY I send the IMEI unlock by IMEI provider kddi au but actually comes from docomo provider. Apologize for any data entry errors are given. Please help over this issue. That imei **************

But now the condition is not compatible with any provider.

Actually before unlock condition from DOCOMO but after unlock, after one weeks later was changed to kddi provider.

Please do not make the same mistake I have.

You may think that this company is reputable after reading hundreds of positive reviews on multiple websites. There website has a 100% money back return claim so you mistakenly believe everything will be fine.

They claim to unlock phones via imei within a certain time frame. For me it was 4-7 days. After nearly a month of emailing back and forth requesting updates, and false positives of being told my device was officially icloud unlocked twice. I finally decided it was time to request a refund. They clearly were unable to render the promised services.

Heres where the trouble starts. First you opt in for a regular unlocking service for 19.00 pounds. I suppose a typical scam tactic would be that shortly thereafter they would send an email back stating that for whatever reason your phone is blacklisted/lost/stolen and inform you that you will not receive a refund. They would then subject you upgrade to the premium service. This costs 29.00 pound and they can definitely unlock your device. For me I was not informed that my phone had any issues with the regular service. I had advised them one day after purchasing, rhat I wanted to upgrade to the premium service under the pretense that if they were unable to unlock my phone, I would get a full refund. After 3.5 weeks, and no results I have asked for a full refund. Now I'm getting the run around that I was informed that I could not get a refund for the initial charge. This is a lie. I was never informed of anything. I never would have purchased anything from a website that didn't have a 100% money back guarantee. Like this website claims to have. Im out nearly $70 Canadian dollars, and am taking legal action to have my money recovered. Not to mention the verbal threats that have started.

I requested an unlock service for my IPhone 5 locked to Sprint and they claim that once my Iphone was unlocked it could be used at any carrier. GUESS WHAT? When I received the email confirming that my iPhone was unlocked I put a seem from Tmobile and my iPhone DID NOT recognize the sim and it would ask to insert a compatible sim card (Sprint sim card).
I sent an email to the unlocking company letting them know that my phone was locked still and they replied back saying that my phone was Unlocked.
There's a disclamer about unlocking a phone, but my phone DIDN NOT apply to that disclamer since my phone imei is clean and is not reported lost/stolen and it is not blacklisted.
They are asking me to use a "non US" sim card to activate. Meaning that my phone can't be used at the US. Why would I unlock my phone to use it outside the US?
Stay away from this website.

I'll make this short but straight to the point. I have one word to describe officialiPhoneunlock and that is "OUTSTANDING".

They unlocked my phone with no issues quicker than I expected. Though, I had a problem with their support service. I sent an email with two questions to the support email address; they didn't actually answer my first question and they blatantly ignored my other question. I then sent a follow-up email saying that that wasn't what I asked and that why they disregarded my other question. They never replied back... It seriously pissed me off.
