It's been a month since I've been waiting for the cell phone unlock for 02 uk, one day an e-mail I receive is:

Release Status Report **************

Dear Customer,

We're sorry for the short delay in unlocking your device. We have chased the vendor who provides O2 UK unlocks and they replied that there is a small backlog, but rest assured that your IMEI is in progress. Soon we'll email you with another update. Thanks for your patience.

Please note that the timelines quoted on our site when buying are only average times and for guidance, sometimes unlocks can go over the set deadline.

"We attempted to deliver your unlock Over The Air via 3G and Wifi, but were unable to do so. We respectfully have to inform you that your iPhone... locked to T-Mobile USA is unfortunately marked by the carrier as Barred/Blocked... As we have already prepared your unlock and incurred the unlocking charge, we cannot supply a refund for handsets which are rejected in such circumstances."

You will never get Refund from their end.

They would not give you return even not to unlock your phone. When you order they take your blood money and send you an email to check the status then the process will be red color after few days and also says your phone is lost or stolen. But their no way i have full gsx report and lost or stolen report as well everywhere is green. This has sister concern iphoneimei.net they also doing the same thing. I tried to unlock an Iphone, paid 30 for the pre-service and then asked for another 30 to complete the service (that they call pre-service). I paid for it and they told me that my IMEI is blacklisted (I checked in several online tools and my IMEI and iCloud are totally clean!). I've sent several emails with the invoice and proofs that the phone is actually mine and totally clean and they did not answer. Man, if you love your money, do not buy this, totally SCAM and no REFUND. Trust me! You have been warned!

Not a UK company but actually from Belize!, They offer a service they can't provide like my ICloud Unlock. They tell you three days later that your phone is lost stolen after you pay. Have proof that it isn't from Apple. Partial refund but they still won't pay back the rest. STAY WELL AWAY and read other people's experiences. It's about time someone investigated this firm to stop others falling prey to their scam.

Firstly two names will always reply, Stephanie and Dave.
Secondly they do not have any solution always come up with lie or fake statements and offer you voucher which can be used next time.
Always insisting for minimum payment of 15 GBP so both parties are not in loss. Service is not provided nor they offer refund
Any legit company will use Paypal or offer refund if they can't provide service.

Very very disappointed with the shabby service, been tricked to pay 19.99 £ for unlocking code and now asking for another 40 £,.? What rubbish and even trying to contact there is no contact option...

I wish I would have dug a little deeper before being ripped off my this company. There is a site (http://www.mondaiji.com/blog/other/general/*******-scam-alert-officialiphoneunlock-co-uk/) where hundreds of people (just like me) had their money stolen by this company who delivered no service. Their reviews are fake (http://forums.macrumors.com/threads/officialiphoneunlock-co-uk-is-a-scam.*******/) and their customers are fake (they make up all the stuff themselves - dummy accounts and forged names) and they continue to steal from people. They have been out there for years (apparently) and no one seems to be able to shut them down. This company will continue to take your money if you let them (some on the scam alert site were taken for several hundreds of US dollars). DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
