I ended up paying £19.99 x2 because they have helped me with my iphone unlock and that worked well so I was dumb enough to believe they could perform this operation as well
Horrible, a rip off. After an initial payment that in theory checked if they could ask me for a second payment, and after 4 days they tell me that it is not possible to unblock and they send me a link in which in 10 seconds they say that it is not possible, They could not have done so before asking for the second payment. Your first payment will be taken and then a demand for more money to complete the 'service'. DO NOT USE
Purchased iPhone unlock service from Official iPhone unlock on 07/30/2016, I have not heard from the company since my purchase and it has been over 6 months. I tried to get a refund from the company directly and through Nochex, which is the payment processor for Official iPhone unlock. This is the response that I got from Nochex:
The Merchant responded to advise that unfortunately, you have purchased a pre order only, This means that a refund is not possible in accordance with their Terms and Conditions as the service has been provided. Please have a look at Official iPhone unlock terms and conditions.

Its a scam with fake reviews on their website.
£19.99 to unlock icloud then £39.99 to unlock phone, then wait and wait then all unlocks have been offline A week later unlocks up and running but price has gone up and want another £59.99 to unlock your phone within 7 days. Tell you what I'll not bother and get onto my bank for to refund for goods not received.
Go to your provider a lot less hassle I went to vodafone and it was unlocked within 24hours and it was free.
When they tell your i cloud is ready to unlock and they want you to pay up with no assurance and no guaranty even they say they will refund it don't 110% scam. Ooh they say this to you "As a goodwill gesture, you have been given a £49.99 Voucher for this unsuccessful iCloud Removal." not a really money. Oh no customer support, and they keep changing there website Terms. Last time i check on they Home page and the terms page " No questions ask and 100% refund" now its gone. I found out in youtube about the people they scammed. I told them report it in UK Police..
These guys seem to be based in the Seychelles (Indian Ocean), but the WHOIS for the website claims it is registered in Belize, Central America. If that doesn't ring alarm bells with you, then I don't know what will...
Once you've paid your money to these scammers, it's probably gone for good (or rather evil), but (at least in the UK), they need to operate through a credit/debit card payment system such as No-chex, which IS subject to the UK financial regulation authorities.
In my case, a strongly worded email to *******@nochex.com resulted in my £19.99 being promptly refunded to my credit card. So, forget about dealing with the guys in the Seychelles, go after the card payment company and get a full refund with apology!
The whole business is built around finding rouge employees in a network for an unlock, for me it was a Vodafone unlock 1st asked for 19.99 for unlock as a pre order?! Then asked for £39.99 extra for unlock and now asked for a further £19.99 cutting my losses stay away!
Offer you unlock for a price then email looking for more money, have fake reviews on there website to fool you into thinking they are ok. Scammers
This website is the biggest scam! First they ask for £19.99 to unlock the iCloud. After I paid they sent me an email saying thank you for preorder if you want to unlock pay £30
Reported to the asa, also to my credit card fraud team.
Iphone 6s voda unlock £19.99, then £24.99, then anextra £60, and allegedly, you cant cancel a pre order, well trading standards say different, return my money thieves.

This is a real review, not one of there made up ones
Don't trust these guys. They lure you in with a low price and the promise of expedient service but the promise is empty and the payment you make is just the first of many bills they will send you to unlock your phone. I've already made two payments to them. They spend two weeks "unlocking" my phone then suddenly they told me to make yet another payment to them or wait six months for it to be unlocked. That's when I had enough of their B. S. and asked for my hard earned money back. They refused to reimburse me and said that I needed to wait 6 months or fork over even more dough. Don't do business with these con-artists. You will waste your time - perhaps 6 months to be exact, and money. You will regret it, trust me.
This company promotes a service and totally fails to supply or communicate - if you have money to waste quicker and less frustrating just to burn it

I want a full refund for your misleading promise to icloud unlock this phone; not once but twice! First time I was mislead to think it would get unlocked, then you added an even higher fee which I paid again. I want a Full Refund back to my credit card or I will report you to all review sites and my credit card company. Please refund my money asap!
Days later no response...
So. Your just going to mislead people like that? I was to tell people about your services and you would of made way more money than keeping mine.
officialiphoneunlock.co.uk stole 2 separate payments from me and never got back me. I'm going to report them to my bank. I'm so upset. drfonewondershare.com is the company that promoted officialiphoneunlock.co.uk and how I got fooled...

DO NOT TRUST THIS SH*T BUSINESS
This company "officialiphoneunlock.co.uk" conducts blatant fraud
Paid £50 for icloud removal and got NO REFUND with a reason that my phone is in blacklist. In fact my phone IS NOT in blacklist which was confirmed by 7 different IMEI checking services.
All the bad reviews have been either deleted or "being checked"on the trustpilot.
All the reivews on http://trustmark.reviews/review/www.officialiphoneunlock.co.uk are FAKE

This website does nothing it says, no contact number on website. They are under investigation on scamming unsuspecting clients. THEY DOUBLE CHARGE you with HIDDEN FEES, no service delivery, no refund and certainly no any unlocks whatsoever. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.
Don't go anywhere near them. Paid £19.99 and was told my phone would be unlocked within 24 hours. Two weeks later and still nothing. They have no customer services line... all you can do is email them and they don't reply. They reported me to trust pilot for my previous review as I had used the words scam and gangsters. I have had to amend that review and of course I'm in no way suggesting they are gangsters or scammers. However, they have taken my money, not delivered any service, refused to communicate with me (however they have the time to complain to trust pilot) and have not refunded my money so I will leave it up to you to decide how you would describe them.
Service is not possible to unlock my iPhone 5S.
Can not a £ 49.99 refund.
Requires more money (£ 109.99)
Dishonesty. Unfair. Robbed me!
Yes! I have made the payment of 19.99 BP and now they have send an email that further payments have to be made for unlocking! As previously they say that the total cost for all types of unlocking is 19.99.
I beleive they are scammers
Maked an order two weeks ago for unlock icloud and they say that the device is stolen and gives me a voucher (before this i have payed 19 pounds and only after they say that is a pre-order and if i want to continue i need to pay other 30 pounds!). I have sended a proof that isn't stolen but they haven't reply about this and don't wont to give me a refund! Fake fake fake, don't trust them, it's only a waste of money!
