The site did unlock my iphone as advertised, but after three months my iphone mysteriously locked itself again and customer service has been ignoring all of my attempts to contact them ever since. I'm very disappointed as up until that point the service worked perfectly. However- it was not a 'permanent unlock' as advertised so buyers beware!

I've requested their services on May 8th about unlocking an iphone 4s.
First they've asked me for £19.99. After for more £30, and know they state that the iphone is blocked and are asking me for £109 as the phone is not block neither has been given as stolen, as I already checked with the network.
I've been trying to send emails to them, even attaching the phone invoice, as a proof as the phone has not been stolen, and after a week, I'm still waiting a answer from them.
This website is scam. At first they asked me 19.99 bucks and after that they said its non refundable and now pay another 30 bucks. What the hell.
Every single guy think why to loss 19.99 bucks so we make payment of 30 bucks, now after taking few days they tell you that there is some major issue your phone cannot be unlocked. We will sent you a coupon but they never give you.

I paid to unlock a iPhone 6 locked by Verizon Wireless (USA) and they said to me that I chose the wrong network, since it is locked by VZW - which means VERIZON WIRELESS! They did not unlock it, they said that my iphone is impossible to be unlocked and WORST - they did not refund my money. I'm really disapointed!
Total scam. They ask for little money at first (about 20£) then they a few days later will ask for a lot more ~70£, then they will say your phone is blacklisted. Nobody will ever answer emails, phone calls or chat.
Be aware. If you have been scammed contact your cc company and they will reverse the payments.

I have softbank locked iPhone 6. I paid full money to unlock it. They did not unlock my mobile yet.

They never replied to my emails and took my money without any communication further. Really disappointing. Also, they send system generated emails to win your trust which asks you to pay more and the money gets on hold with them. I really had a bad experience!
I've paid for icloud activation lock removal from this provider. Till I paid for the order, I was not told anywhere between that the amount I was paying was only for a pre-order. It was nowhere mentioned on the product page. After the payment was done, it was then that I was told of the pre-order. I complained about the same to Nochex but there was no proper response.
Thank god that I have all the proofs and ready to provide if needed. Dont waste your money.

This is a scam website. I have ordered a unlock service with Order ID ******* on 03/Mar/2016 04:27:09 but still(It almost One Year now) they showed it With supplier as status. I also requested for refund but even after various mail they never responded it.So don't order any service this website is a big scam.If you want prove check in their website order tracking page and enter the IMEI: **************(after complain this in this forum they removed my IMEI tracking page with sorry no order found, you can see the original status before removing the page in the attached picture here)
Tottaly scam, the 50 punds are gone and no unlock is done, no one answers emails! Be aware that once You paid them, they now hawe all Your credit card details including ccv numbers, becay use there was no reddirecting while entering card details! I changed my credit ard for security reasons!
