WARNUNG VOR: officialiphoneunlock.co.uk_ ABZOCKE!_Zuerst Kosten von 19,90 Pfund dann nochmals 30! KEIN APPLE PARTNER!

We cannot refund pre-orders due to the cost of providing the service, as stated on our homepage. However, if no further payment is made by yourself we will not proceed with the unlocking and no more payment will be due.
Kind regards
Stephanie
Operations Manager
Official iPhone Unlock

BE WARNED - AVOID
August 23, 2017

DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and then claim that Apple has your phone listed as Stolen/Lost. I contacted Apple directly and there was no problem unlocking (wish I had done so in the first place!). All you will be offered by OfficialiPhoneUnlock is a voucher for "future services". Nothing appeared and despite numerous attempts to get a refund, no response. I am seeking to get a charge-back for the money I spent with the online payment service used to process the transaction.

So I paid the £19.99 then received an email saying that they required a further payment of £30 to process the unlock. Apparently this is hidden in the small print so technically its your fault for not reading but lets say its hidden in a way you will never find it! Ok my bad, so I paid the £30. Waited for a few days then got an email saying sorry it cannot be unlocked as its been reported lost&stolen. I can assure you it hasn't because it is my grandmothers iPad that was purchased brand new. So they said to send them the receipt of purchase and they will refund at least the £30. I did so and have now chased up for over 3 weeks, not a single refund or answer to any email. Disgusting service. Do not believe the fake reviews acting like it worked but the service is not great, they are all fake. This company should be reported to trading standards they are based in the UK

Thankfully I just paid for 'Network Check' which stated I would find out instantly, but... nope. Nearly 24 hours later and 2 e-mails, they took my money and went into hiding. Very rude, very unprofessional, stay away

Terrible customer service and blatant hidden charges! Steer clear!

They quote a lower price to other companies online, hence the reason i went for it. Unlocking my iPhone for £19.99 instead of £35 everywhere else.
Then they email to say that an addition payment of £50 is due to finalise the process! I was shocked.
I emailed them to get a response, as i wanted to cancel it, but didnt get a reply. I then went trolling through their terms and conditions to find that they essentially blacklist devices that stop half way through the process, so if you dont make the additional payment, my phone would have been useless on any carrier, not just the one it was purchased on.

I'd never use it again and recommend everyone steers clear!

First they charge you about $28 US money... to "unlock ICLoud"... Then they send back email saying. "We can unlock Icloud. IF YOU SEND MORE MONEY".
So. Send more money.
THEN get another Email saying they CAN NOT unlock because it is listed as lost/stolen... """" As we have already prepared your unlock and incurred a submission charge by our supplier, """ they will not give the money back for failing toi do what they say they could do in the first place

AND then have the AUDACITY to tell you.
"There are numerous services such as htp :// cleancheck. Me (FREE) which can be used to identify Lost/Stolen handsets." FOR F FREE.

So... why didn't THEY check this FOR free instead of sending this somewhere else(?) to tell them the same fact...(lost/stolen)?
Instead they CHARGE MORE MONEY to do this FREE CHECK...

But. To be nice. They say
""" There will be a premium service coming soon which can unlock this device, we don't have an exact timescale just yet, so you will be informed as soon as it is available via email."""
Hahahhaha... there is a premium service coming out. But, they do not know when?. They do not even have a time scale for it because I guess they really are not going to do this anyway...
I plan on submitting this review to EVERY REVIEW SITE I CAN FIND.

SCREW THIS "service"...

I accidentally kept this on my bookmarks and had it confused with another website, anyway, it's the old same scam story. Progressive payments increases with the excuses your phone is on a blacklist, they claim you can get money back but they will never do it. Reported company for fraud to my bank, charging back the payment and changed my credit card information. Did you know in their terms, they say anyone who they find out wrote a negative review will be charge 3,000 pounds for 'defamation' on your card? "13.6 Defamation of our website on the internet, including but not limited to Review Websites, Blogs, will incur a £3,000.00 defamation charge. This will be applied to your credit file if not paid in full within 30 days." complete scum.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I gave them my money.
They don't want to give the money back after they don't unlock. Stick with ebay or a company that uses paypal because then you can get a refund if the unlock does not work. They do not reply to e-mails or anything. They just try hide all their negative reviews. Call your credit card company for a charge back. Then they will finally reply, saying you are trying to cheat them! They are scum

1 star is generous for this company I feel bad for giving them that much they are pointless they can't do anything that your own network would do for you at a fraction of the price I've paid them £34.99 to unlock my phone as EE wouldn't do it before 6 months and I needed it whilst abroad only for them to tell me EE won't unlock it before 6 months I already knew this and would have gone to EE direct for £8.99 once the 6 months was up! Also once I'd processed my order I come to realise that the charge up front was just a pre order price and that after you would be hit with a further charge up to £60 to unlock the phone. They are a sleazy rip off company that do not make important things obvious in order to con you out of your money and then quote t's &c's to you. You can unlock your phone through your own network usually after 6 months for free or a small charge and not get Conned by in my view this dishonest company who intentionally do not make important terms clear in order to either keep your money or charge you more later along the line

If I could give them no stars I would have. They didn't tell me before that I would have to pay a "prepayment/deposit" I thought the one payment was all. I didn't want to pay the full price so I contacted them about getting a refund on the prepayment and they won't give it back. So now I wasted $27 USD on something that's not even going to be completed. Take my advice and don't do it. If I had seen reviews before I wouldn't have paid for it.

SCAMMERS!
June 30, 2017

BEWARE THEY ARE THIEVES AND SCAMMERS!

Avoid these SCAMMERS. They ask you to pay £14.99 then once you have paid they will then ask you to pay £30. They will not actually remove the icould from the phone but they will keep your money and would not give it back.
