I ordered unlock for my Iphone a week ago. First I paid an eligibility fee, followed by the standard unlock fee and afterwards I received an email that a balance is owed against my phone which needs to be paid. Then I paid 218£ as premium fee. Afterwards i started becoming skeptical and read reviews online which depicted that my phone will not get unlocked. But surprisingly yesterday I received email that my phone has been unlocked and currently I am using my sim in the phone without any issues despite the fact that my phone is only Esim supported, still it has been unlocked. I had tried a lot of methods to get my phone unlocked and none of them worked. Highly satisfied by the service provided by this company!

So initially I was worried as I had paid the initial fee and then was asked to pay extra. To add to this the process actually took a few days. HOWEVER, you do receive a tracking which works very well and if you do have any queries I found the customer service team very helpful. Overall I would recommend as long as you are able to wait a few days.

They tried but could not unlock my android phone with virgin lock on it,so? Instead of contacting me and offering me a refund they opted to block me from there site? Thats ok i have filed a dispute with the credit card company and will get my money back and after i leave here i will be on the BBB site filing a COMPLANT.

Update - I received an email they credited back the "Eligibility Fee". I will wait and see if it appears on my card. They admit the charge process is confusing, yet won't take steps to make it clearer. Probably because they know it works in most cases.
They make it look like you are purchasing a code for $29, in fact you are purchasing an "Eligibility Check" that you can find out your self by simply calling the carrier. They make it sound like it is standard practice done by all unlock services, I assure you it is not. They say it is clear at check out what you are purchasing, it is not. Why would I have to look again in check out what I am buying when the front page of the site implies I am buying something else unless they are being intentionally deceptive? If I get credited back the $29 to use towards the unlock code, I might proceed with the unlock. If not I will be initiating a charge back and we will see if they illegally blacklist the phone as they have threatened to do to others that tried charge backs.

I was initially nervous about the time and the price that was charged to unlock my iPhone 12 pro Max.
They charged the fees in a sequence (Not sure as why) meaning each step as we progress. After the payment was done,email confirmation for
Order was placed was received. After this with in 12 hours of time i received another email from then as a confirmation of Unlocking my device was sent. I was happy seeing this email and checked the device for the status and it was working on a new carrier and sim card.
There is absolutely no reason to be nervous as i was initially was about the authenticity of this website. They are real and they really unlock the phones and they are also very quick in doing it. Really easy to do and really happy with the service but I personally am not a fan of paying money and then having to pay more money, I would prefer an up front sum as it feels quite scammy to have paid about 23 quid for an analysis and then told I'll have to pay 30 quid more for the unlock. If they had said 50 quid upfront I still would have paid it so its just not a great thing for me personally, however when they couldn't unlock my 1st phone they gave me a credit, which I then used on my second phone as it had an indefinite use by date so that was nice. And its much easier than going and trying to find somewhere that unlocks phones its all done remotely from the comfort of your sofa and doesn't take too long either.

The process was easy it wasn't costly at all I owed money to Tmobile almost one thousand dollars they negotiated and got the price down to under 300 dollars. When i chatted to get status they responded immediately. I used this service to unlock my iPhone SE from docomo, as no other services were offering unlocks for them. The process was very simple, all I had to do was input the IMEI of my iPhone. They did exactly what they promised without any issues, and my phone was unlocked faster than I expected (less than a week!). Docomo is known to be a difficult carrier to work with when unlocking, but they were able to unlock it remotely without me needing to do anything!

The origin unlockcode was invalid!
No new unlock code is sent, but I now have to pay an additional €319!
The total price with prepaid fees of €80.99 exceeds the new price of an unlocked device!
The "service ticket system" does not address the problem that the unlock code is invalid, but rather I should take advantage of the additional service for devices for which you cannot enter an unlock code.
THE DEVICE REQUESTS YES FOR INPUT!
But the unlock code is invalid!
DirectUnlocks does not want to reverse fees for the invalid code, but only wants to issue a voucher for renewed services with DirectUnlock!
The credit card institution will be notified on January 2nd, 2025 to reverse the transaction.
One can only warn against this business conduct!
