Don't buy here. They sell temporary (PSN) accounts and you won't get your money back. The customer "service" is fake and they know exactly what they are doing. Please see on Twitter the hashtag #DifmarkScam
Shops deliver account for your XBOX console you need to setup and then download game instead of selling you actual product key. Pretty confident this is breach of contract with Microsoft, please do not support this site, rather buy from sites that are selling actual product keys like Eneba.
Tried to buy a game got scamed with a russian game that does not run in english. Game was advertised as global. Did not even recieve a key for the game instead i got a dodgy account with an email that cant be changed. Never buy there rather pay more and get some legit game. Opened a dispute got closed with no comment whole side is a scam buy somewhere else.
I bought the game and i didn't receive anything, i asked the support to refund they replied they said they will just give me a new game, i said that i didn't wan't that. He never replied back, and i didn't receive the game
I paid money for steam keys and never got them, the chat support is a complete con and there is no one on the other end, I never received the keys just a conformation noted saying I had brought the keys and nothing else,.
I have since canceled my credit card an initiated a charge back, these people need to be tracked down and placed in the worst Gulag possible or worse. Responded saying will give me a refund if I delete my review first, do I look like an idiot.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from GoodKeyShop and Difmark. I was promised a game key within 15 minutes after my purchase, but I have not received it even after six hours. Moreover, my attempts to contact the reseller have gone unanswered. Difmark has explained the delay, stating that orders are taking longer than usual to ship due to the winter season. However, this explanation is ludicrous, especially for a virtual product like a game key. As a customer, I believe it is Difmark's responsibility to ensure that retailers advertising on their platform are reliable and honour their promises. I have requested that Difmark resolve this matter and take action with the reseller GoodKeyShop to avoid similar problems in the future, but I have not received any response so far.

Friendly interface when placing an offer. A convenient chat for communicating with customers, though there is not enough opportunity to attach a screen to messages. The best thing on the site is their support. They are always available to help and answer any questions you may have. If something is missing on the site, they fix it and add it. It can be seen that the service is still developing and growing. Good luck to them in this.
P.S I see that people often complain about difmark. As a rule, most often customers do not read the description of the goods and because of this there is a misunderstanding with the seller. Please read the product description before buying, it is important. And do not be too lazy to chat with the seller before buying. Check everything and then buy

I bought fifa23 and it lasted for only for 3 days and they changed the password and sold it to another customer. All effort to get replace or refund my money failed. They are scammers. Nobody should buy from them.
I've successfully bought the game there as Steam gift (in that case you need to send them Steam-profile link in the chat).
The site has chats with the sellers and good inner control of order-status.
Good & convenient web UI on their site. And the seller (FowGames) sent me the gift even after 10pm.

Came through a link that clearly advertised "CD Key ps5" - clicked link - redirected to this companies page. I selected the cheapest price (who wouldn't). Went through all purchase steps. Later told by seller it wasn't a key, refused to refund with a gesture of goodwill. Spoke to customer service, disgusting customer service skills, told me it was my fault not their's, refused my refund.

You will not get Redeem key. It is a scam.

Do not use this website for anything. I was told I had to wait 30 mins for my game, that was on the 28th April. I'm still waiting for my game, I've requested a refund and they keep closing my refund ticket, now the seller is ignoring me
After having bought the product and asked for a refund, the seller cordially informed me that it was not possible. Then I asked for activation and after two hours of waiting while we were activating I no longer received any replies, the following day I opened a dispute and the seller proceeded to send me the activation account and the delivery of the order while I was not online, when I asked for reactivation he told me it wasn't possible. I subsequently asked customer service and they protected the seller without even reading the chat and looking at what was happening. Terrible service
I can recommend the seller, trustworthy and open to solve problems, but there is still room for improvement.
The response time promised to process is in the hours (for me 2 hours) not minutes, but still the cheapest price for the game arround.
Gamegiver is the person running the site. 'Support' is the same person. They will NOT give you your money back. However, you can report it via your bank for a full refund as well as requesting investigation into the fraud.
They sell the game with the description that it is a whole steam account with the game, then when they hand over the account details it turns out that they are shared accounts. This site should be shut down.
I bought a product and it Bareilly mentioned at the end of the description that it would be an offline account use only, so I messaged the seller and asked for a refund, he was so rude and stupid with his answers.
Then, I proceeded to the next step and contacted customer support, and their respond was that I would have to check before buying where they Bareilly mentioned it in the description that not many people have much time to read unless it was mentioned in the title.
