Unfortunately, my experience with this platform was very disappointing.
I was restricted/banned as a seller after a single minor issue, despite the fact that:
I never received any payments from customers
I did not scam or harm any buyer
I was fully cooperative with the support team
The platform does not protect sellers at all, even those with experience and good history on other marketplaces.
Decisions are made without clear explanation, and there is no fair warning or chance to correct mistakes.
Support communication felt unprofessional and inconsistent, and seller rights are clearly not a priority.
I would advise other sellers to be extremely careful. One small mistake can result in restrictions or bans, even if no money was taken and no users were harmed.
The support doesn't read or understand your complains. This is a keyshop, so the risk of getting used or wrong keys is relatively high and when they do the refunds they sometimes return much less than you paid (because of fees that shouldn't be your problem if the issue with the key was on their side). Multiple anti-consumer practices. Better to stick with the official stores.

Offering login details for being able to play a game? Avoid them, its typical fradulent behaviour. Its forbiden by Nintendo eula -"You may not transfer, assign, or sell your Network Account to others" I have informed Difmark about ilegal activities and their reply is that is not their concern. Be super cautious, this might trigger a problems with your console. I was already contacted by the GameGiver that in case I erase my review elsewhere, he will return the money.
I had a horrible experience. The seller on the page scammed me and I never got to play or access the service that I bought. After immediately contacting the customer service, opening tickets, creating cases of facing issues with the whole service. The customer service didnt help me at all telling me to open tickets, create cases etc nothing helped and in our email communication the lady from the customer service said that the service was given to me successfully and that there is nothing wrong. She was not willing to help me in any kind of way. I mean I never got to play the game or access it. Please avoid their services. Its absolutely scammy and I just wasted money on this and got a lot of communication with not willing to help customer service and sellers. 0/10 would recommend
Prices look good so i bought a steam black ops 3 from someone with exceptional ratings and then find out its a shared steam account for offline play only. My intention was online multiplay. I reached out to the seller no response. I reached out to website and they said that was the purpose of that item and i asked them to show me where it states its for offline use only. The kicker is that you dont have acces to the email so they can change the account password and youre screwed!

Authentic digital product scam in which sellers are "in cahoots" with the platform itself. In an order where more than 50% of the digital products have not been delivered, and after requesting a refund for the missing products and opening a claim following the documented process, the administrator himself "closes the case" and refuses to pay the refund, even violating his own policies. INCREDIBLE! Total scam.

They lock account and make you pay again if you want the game. But you will lose all saved progress. The support and the seller dosnt respond anymore. Big scam

Avoid buying from GlobalGames! They sold me a game, then added a verification code later, which they never provided. Despite opening a ticket with Difmark, promising to resolve the issue, they did nothing. Both the seller and platform are untrustworthy and engage in illegal activities, selling accounts with the same credentials, breaking copyrights, and refusing refunds. I paid $15.70, nearly the price of the original game, and now I'm reporting them to PlayStation and my bank. Always buy from the official PlayStation store, even if it's slightly more expensive, to avoid wasting your money. Don't trust this platform!
Absolutely terrible. ISSUE 1: Out of 5 purchases I made on this site, 4 failed later on because the items were out of stock (even though they were listed as in stock). According to some sellers, Difmark listed their items even though they are not in stock. ISSUE 2: While I got refunded these purchases, you will NOT get back the service fee and you will only receive the cash in your Difmark account. No way to get it out there, so you're money is stuck in this terrible, terrible platform. ISSUE 3: Shady sellers. I know how shared accounts work, but what some sellers on this platform do is enabling 2FA for these shared accounts or have some kind of "one console only" policy. But these details are NOT told BEFORE the purchase. That means EVERY time you login to the account from a console (for the first time and occasionally afterwards) you need to contact the seller for a 2FA code. This would be okay if it was stated before the purchase, but it isn't. Never. Obviously, it is not great to have to depend on the seller to reply instantly with the 2FA code when you're at a friend and want to play the game on his console at midnight. ISSUE 4: I tried to get a refund from the seller, no success. Then contacted Difmark, no success. They side with the seller and say that the item is as described, even though I proved them it's not. Now they don't reply at all. Shared accounts NEVER have 2FA enabled, for obvious reasons. They will say crap like "but you bought a shared account, not a key, blablabla". Yes, that's clear. But shared account does NOT mean that 2FA is enabled and you need to contact the seller everytime. Then they tell you that the item is as described, send you a screenshot of the description and it even SHOWS THAT THE 2FA / ONE CONSOLE POLICY CRAP IS NOT IN THE DESCRIPTION. I have bought at least 100 accounts in the past and NEVER had this. ISSUE 5: Other sellers give you account that require VERY specific login steps. You can't just add the account, download the game and start playing. You need to change your time zone, go offline, go online, etc. and all in a very specific manner. It's at least 6 or 7 steps to do. And like with the 2FA issue, the complicated process of getting the game to run is NOT told before the purchase, only afterwards in chat with the sellers. ISSUE 6: Sellers deliver very slow sometimes. ---------- Screw Difmark. Never again. There are better platforms. Don't fall for the low prices. You will get the worst experience ever. It's pretty much a scam. They also buy fake reviews on some platforms like Trustpilot.
No care for customer satisfaction at all, avoid if you want professional shop. I made a mistake purchasing what I thought was a key for a game, and I got some kind of virtual fake account on Steam. Not what I wanted, and they refuse to refund me despite the honnest mistake. Now they have my money, and I got to purchase a key on competitive website to finaly access my game.
