Bought a game and the seller have not idea when he can deliver it

I bought a steam account from Goodkeyshop.
The seller gave me a shared account login. No details such as the email address and pass so that I can change the email address to my own email address. So this is just a shared account that he has full control over. He refused to provide the complete details. This is just one very big scam. The chat box on the website is also a bot and not customer service. All the reviews are homemade or purchased. People, please be careful when you buy something here.
The sellers scam you, you try contact difmarket and you need wait a few days to their supp "24/7" respond to you and end defending the scamers!
With all the same reviews. Difmark have generic replies and bots that will not assist with refunds despite their policies. They will send an estimated time for wait (untrue) and send out hacked accounts and simply refuse to refund you and pretend they don't know what you're saying (broken English) and reply with 'ok' despite having clear evidence and when you present this block your account from their admin team so you've basically lost money the minute it's sent. Shame.

I purchased an account for Hogwarts Legacy for the Switch. Shortly afterwards, it turned out that the account is already being used by various other buyers. Playing is therefore not possible. Error message 2819-0003. For 4 days now I have been writing to the seller that I would like a refund. I just constantly get some standard feedback that one would work on this problem. He knows about the problem but can't fix it at the moment because there are not enough keys for everyone. He thus sells something that he does not own. Difmark's support is probably no better either. I opened a dispute and presented evidence from the chat history and videos of the error message on the console. Here, too, there are only standard answers, if you get feedback at all. I'm starting to suspect that the platform owner and dealer are the same person (lol).
The money is probably gone. Better look for another provider.
Bought eafc 24, waited for a few days, the seller keeps sending the wrong verification code from steam and I cant log in, I keep waiting couple days for him to send the right one but he never does and ignores me, tired of waiting for my game wishing i bought from steam. I try to get a refund, heres the best part this joke of a website doesn't have buttons to send your report

Seller didnt deliver what was agreed and support didnt even look at the case.
I cant be bothered to argue with them over £13, but I hope my review helps someone not to use their services.

Customer service is awful I have contacted them multiple times regarding a refund and I was assured multiple times I am going to get my money back and now they are just ignoring me.

Ripped off by these cowboys. I realised there was no code coming, it was someone else's account, probably stolen. Worse, I wasnt even getting that, I got nothing, they wouldn't even give me a refund, and said they could only credit the account. Imagine, credit the account, so I could try again with another "seller" if they existed. Nope, Iust advise, forget their fake reviews, this is well and truly a scam.
Paid for a key over 2 weeks ago, needed it within the hour for a game night with the fam, after getting the supposed 'key' i was taken to another website which stated an additional "up to 48 hours" to receive it. Immediately requested the refund, in which they kept making up some bs stating they'll fast track the receival of the key.
30 hours later is when i received it, mind you i had already bought the key elsewhere, when trying to redeem that key just to check the process, i was then prompted to create new accounts and go above and beyond in order to use it, literal bull $#*!.
2 weeks worth of requesting a refund and the dumb asses in the chat just keep stating 'one moment while i check' and then never respond. 2 transcripts later, and screenshots from the seller, have put in a dispute with my bank to get the refund. Wish I had checked reviews first before buying through these idiots.
If you buy a game there, you will only receive a hacked account from some poor stranger or you'll not receive anything at all. Had two purchases there and was scammed twice. They have 70 EUR from me without even delivering anything. Also they only refund you if you delete all your negative reviews as a part of their policy. Note - I purchased something I never received and they tell me I'll only receive my money back if I delete my reviews LOL. Don't fall for their cheap prices, do not support those scammers.
They sell hacked accounts, and you pretty much rent the game for a while and they take account back. That is because they do not let you change neither password nor any other login information and don't even dream about changing email. There are refund buttons that don't work, they are there for you to feel safe, for the time you do not suspect anything yet!
Careful with this webpage - a lot of scam sellers active.
I bought and paid a game more than 2 weeks ago and still did not receive anything working. Also difmark support team is apparently working hand in hand with these sellers and claims or tickets do simply get resolved in favor of the seller.

Sellers are selling same account to multiple users and prohibiting password change resulting in being disconnected from the game.
Difmark is aware of this and condoning this activity.

Don t buy from this site! Everything is just a scam! The support is awfull! And the sellers too! I wanted to buy an Rust Steam account, after i received the username and the password, and what a surprise, it worked. But someone it was playing diying light! I wanted to change password and the email. But the seller said that i can t do that, because this is the "safety policy"

They don't refund and sell account that does not work after a bit. I advise you to make your own reserach before buying here. Write a rewiew also on trust pilot iif you got scammed we need to be listened and help people to not get scammed

I tried to buy through this company a game - then seller send me log-in to his account which he can lock me out anytime - I went and complained to Difmark but they didn't care about me and closed my case.
Then recently I get an email that I got a refund - so I thought maybe they have reviewed their earlier decision but seems like another trick or so - no refund and no game

Here's one more scammed by this platform, I bought a game that was in the "key games" category but it was really a shared steam account. I only realized it within 10 minutes of buying it and contacted support. They have treated me horribly and I can confirm what people and even trustpilot say, this platform is not trustworthy, I feel like I am being scammed and they do not return my money, they have to know that consumer rights do not exist on this platform. They say that there is a 30-day guarantee and that it is also instant, since both are lies. I don't even have anything I bought, nor do I want it, since their offer is misleading... and they know it.
Super Ilegal, they sold me a "game" this means an username and a password for steam that I have to login, download, play 1 min, put steam offline, play!... prohibiting me to change nothing in this account or I will lose the game. ANYWAY Im still trying to login, any guard code they send me works... OMG
