Absolutely terrible. ISSUE 1: Out of 5 purchases I made on this site, 4 failed later on because the items were out of stock (even though they were listed as in stock). According to some sellers, Difmark listed their items even though they are not in stock. ISSUE 2: While I got refunded these purchases, you will NOT get back the service fee and you will only receive the cash in your Difmark account. No way to get it out there, so you're money is stuck in this terrible, terrible platform. ISSUE 3: Shady sellers. I know how shared accounts work, but what some sellers on this platform do is enabling 2FA for these shared accounts or have some kind of "one console only" policy. But these details are NOT told BEFORE the purchase. That means EVERY time you login to the account from a console (for the first time and occasionally afterwards) you need to contact the seller for a 2FA code. This would be okay if it was stated before the purchase, but it isn't. Never. Obviously, it is not great to have to depend on the seller to reply instantly with the 2FA code when you're at a friend and want to play the game on his console at midnight. ISSUE 4: I tried to get a refund from the seller, no success. Then contacted Difmark, no success. They side with the seller and say that the item is as described, even though I proved them it's not. Now they don't reply at all. Shared accounts NEVER have 2FA enabled, for obvious reasons. They will say crap like "but you bought a shared account, not a key, blablabla". Yes, that's clear. But shared account does NOT mean that 2FA is enabled and you need to contact the seller everytime. Then they tell you that the item is as described, send you a screenshot of the description and it even SHOWS THAT THE 2FA / ONE CONSOLE POLICY CRAP IS NOT IN THE DESCRIPTION. I have bought at least 100 accounts in the past and NEVER had this. ISSUE 5: Other sellers give you account that require VERY specific login steps. You can't just add the account, download the game and start playing. You need to change your time zone, go offline, go online, etc. and all in a very specific manner. It's at least 6 or 7 steps to do. And like with the 2FA issue, the complicated process of getting the game to run is NOT told before the purchase, only afterwards in chat with the sellers. ISSUE 6: Sellers deliver very slow sometimes. ---------- Screw Difmark. Never again. There are better platforms. Don't fall for the low prices. You will get the worst experience ever. It's pretty much a scam. They also buy fake reviews on some platforms like Trustpilot.

I was blocked in all chats and refuse to return the money. Difmark.com is a complete scam. Difmark fraudulently has refused to refund my money after their seller, instead of providing a game code, sent me a shared Steam gaming account fraudulently where you can't even play the game online and you can't play under your own account.
This is a completely bogus rip off and their customer service is a joke, where they just write you back and then do absolutely nothing as they are complicit on trying to steal money from unwitting customers. This Difmark should be taken down for repeated fraud as you can tell from many other reviewers and from my experience. Most of the positive reviews on this site are fake.

Read the other reviewers. My experiences are identical being ripped off by these foreign guys. They don't even write in understandable English half the time. DO NOT waste your money with Difmark. They will steal from you while providing nothing and their customer service is a joke. I've been fighting to get my money back for three days and all they keep saying is that the "seller will contact you" or "seller will make this right" while they know it's a complete fabrication designed to mask their fraud/theft.
