After receiving a couple of emails about my order being confirmed and the points a received for my order, I received another email indicating my complete order was cancelled. That email stated I was given an 80% discount on one of the items in my order, due to system error, and they needed to cancel my complete order, not just the item discounted in error, because they couldn't edit the order. The email also stated the item wasn't even in stock, and that I could decide to reorder without the discounted item, and if not, thanks for shopping with them and they hope they can help me out in the future. They thank me for shopping, if I decide not to reorder? They cancelled my order, without an apology (starting an email with "Sorry, due to..." is not an apology) or any kind of accommodation for their error. The "shopping" experience was a total contrast with my real shopping experience using another online magic store.

If I could do a minus on this company I would. The quality is poor and even though I followed their instructions on my return they will not refund for the two cheap purses I sent back to them. I am out of the money I spent! Do not order anything from this company! You can see the bag they came in all smashed together!

Tip for consumers:
They advertised as American made but are out out China! They are not honorable.

The quality of the handbags are awful, made in China and looks more like pleather, not leather. Do yourself a favor and go to Target. You'd do much better there. I am totally disappointed and feeling ripped off. The whole slogan of Facebook was a scam. This company has been going out of business since 2019. Shame on me for not doing my research before ordering. Lesson learned!

Quality and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I was so happy with the quality of my handbags and wallets
I did all of my Christmas shopping this month at Diamond Magic.
I know everyone will be happy with their Christmas presents.
I am 65 and could never afford the prices of leather pocket books till I found this site online. I now own 2 stylish handbags
I absolutely love! So Happy!

Ordered specific items, was charged correctly but a day later received an email stating that I received a refund. There was no explanation as to why and I had to contact them to see what was going on. Apparently 2 of the items I ordered were out of stock. Why did the system allow me to order the items if they were not in inventory? Very disappointed. Too late to order somewhere else in time for Christmas gifting. Will have to rethink ordering here next time.

Thievery. That pretty much sums it up. Crappy, awful-junk quality. They refuse to offer refund unless I spend $50 to ship the crap back. The bag isn't worth that, nor did I pay that much for it. The color is off, the pocket seam is crappy, and the leather is questionable, but they would rather get a bad review than make the customer happy. So here it is.

I ordered this "leather " purse, not leather material at all, very poor work, the company wants me to return sending to China, I will have to pay shipping. Very poor customer service. Won't ever order again.

The handbag came from China NOT California. The size was smaller than described. There is no part of real leather, all cheap plastic, the chain is 2 different colors! ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

Here it is October 23,2022 and I still haven't received my order they told me to get a hold of the Post office which I did they told me that my package was sent back to Diamond's Magic Oct 5 I believe it was and Diamond's Magic Company claims that they never received it and that the post office never sent them a notice! I sent them snapshots of the messages from the post office and they still haven't responded back to me! I don't think it should be my responsibility to have to hunt down my package this is bull$#*! I'm at the end of my rope with this company, they took my money and sent me NOTHING! I did file a claim against this company with the Better Business Bureau but I haven't heard anything back yet!? Ordered merchandise online. They indicated that items would be shipped immediately. After one week I called and they said that the item that was in stock is now out of stock and would not be in for another week. They never bothered to call me and inform me that in fact they did not have the product that I order. They left me in limbo. I was not happy.

As you may have read, this is not a common occurrence for us. During the holiday season things become even more difficult to manage but stock levels are never perfect, cannot be as we sell on mobile, the web, remotely, and in Store. We do our best, when a product is marked in stock but in fact is not at the time of the order to inform the purchaser immediately. We did not succeed in this case and for that we apologize.

In stock magic sales would have you believe a company knows their inventory. But the 2 main items I was ordering were books that were listed on the site. They had neither. I cancelled the real of my order because I was frustrated.

The items I received were in damaged condition. The case was warped and torn, the cloth bag had stains on it, a wood component was missing, and the two special coins were for some other trick and not the correct ones for this item. I was told the items were "new" and were sitting in the shop for three years.

I requested to return the package based on the damaged condition and missing items but was told no returns. He mentioned this was a stated policy, but the mobile site I ordered from did not have any such policy listed. My confirmation email and printed invoice also mention nothing of this policy.

Vince did order a new wooden part, but I still haven't received it. He also was willing to send the special coins needed for the trick.

The problem I have is with the condition of the items. Since he would not accept a return, I asked for a discount and was told there are no discounts because I already got a 10% promotion for ordering through his site.

The damaged condition of the items was ignored by the seller. I should not be paying full price or even a promotional price for the condition the items were in. We we're not able to come to any solution.

I ended up filing a complaint with the credit card company and received a refund. I offered to return the items at my expense, so that the store would not have to eat the cost, but he said he would not accept any packages from me.

I tried my best to work with Vince. His responses were prompt, but he did not understand the problem, even when I offered to send pictures to show him the damage items.

I was disappointed that we were not able to come to any solution.
