The trick I originally ordered turned out to be unavailable, so why was it offered for sale? Then when I ordered some other items I had to pay an excess postage charge of $24! Be careful.
The quality of the cards (paper) was thinner than expected, but other than that, always prompt with the order process and delivery.
Diamonds Magic is perhaps my favorite, and the best magic shop I've visited. The in-store lectures are top notch and Vince treats his customers like friends. They are also great in customer service on-line and deal with by phone or email.
Simply the Best! Top notch. Always the most knowledgeable staff, greatest selection... Diamond's is THE place to go for everything and anything magic. It's not just a store, it's an adventure. Anytime I've ordered from Diamond's I've been pleased with the service, as well as the products. Whenever there was a problem with a product, which doesn't happen often, they have provided a replacement if necessary.
If you want personal and expert advice on magic, along with superb customer satisfaction, I cannot recommend another magic shop that is as strong as Diamond's Magic.
And they have special guests, lectures, workshops and parties.

There are plenty of tricks to purchase (both online and in the store). The owner is very friendly and helpful and you may even find a magician or two at the shop that may show you some magic.
Very satisfied with the magic offerings (I found things not available at other magic shops) and with the service. However, I find the web page very annoying because it is constantly loading stuff that (a) takes time and (b) causes the items to move around on the page until completely loaded (I've clicked on the wrong item sometimes and then have to wait until all these annoying messages load).
I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop, Rafael taught us some card techniques as well as a few effects. It was a very nice relaxed atmosphere, if anyone had a hard time with something, Rafael would take the time to make sure that person would've able to learn it. Well worth it!
Very fast, courteous, friendly. I will definitely do business again with them in the future!
I have been very happy doing business with Diamond Magic. I have been a customer for many years.
Customer service and selection at Diamond's is excellent (among the best out there) but the mobile site is VERY difficult to navigate.
My first outing with Diamond's Magic was for 2 items... One was no longer available anywhere else, and the other was a refill for an effect. I ordered the refill with the understanding it was on back order, but instead received the complete product for the refill price... how cool is that?

I received the book on Monday, June 27. I placed the order on June 16. It was a little beat up with bumped corners and a crack in the cover. These were not described as far as I can recall. However, I am very happy to have the book as I had been looking for a copy for a while and it was discounted from the retail price.

Vincent D. [Diamond's Magic Rep] As you may have read, this is not a common occurrence for us. During the holiday season things become even more difficult to manage but stock levels are never perfect, cannot be as we sell on mobile, the web, remotely, and in Store. We do our best, when a product is marked in stock but in fact is not at the time of the order to inform the purchaser immediately which I think we did in this case. Additionally sometimes as you know products go out of production and also of course the manufacturer does not inform us of this; nor do distributors for that matter. Sorry you were disappointed.
