Wanted a PK ring and a video of some PK effects. Got the download and it wasn't about PK. Then I was sent a refund for the price of the PK ring with no explanation. So, I guess that's not coming. The magnetic thumb tip I added to the order has not arrived yet.
I loved the service. The only thing that annoyed me was when an item was in my cart and it was out of stock, it didn't tell me until checkout. Beside that, great service loved it. Thank you.

Place an order and pay for the order
Ordered specific items, was charged correctly but a day later received an email stating that I received a refund. There was no explanation as to why and I had to contact them to see what was going on. Apparently 2 of the items I ordered were out of stock. Why did the system allow me to order the items if they were not in inventory? Very disappointed. Too late to order somewhere else in time for Christmas gifting. Will have to rethink ordering here next time.

I found an item on the site, placed the order and my credit card was charged. Then 5 days later I was informed that the order was cancelled due to insufficient inventory. Now waiting for a refund on my credit card.

Took advantage of their sale on books. Ordered 3 and the promptly refunded for one they were out of. Books arrived in fine condition.
If this store doesn't have it, then the owner knows how to get it. Supplies range from professional, to amateur magician, to young people just interested in a few tricks.
A couple items were out of stock, but the customer service and response was superior! Vince was having a 50% sale on selected items, and a good selection it was. But, as I mentioned, I was a little "late to the party" to catch a couple items. All in all, it's good value.
My purchase from Diamonds was easy and quick. No problems at all. I had my purchase in a couple of days.

I placed order number 3496 with Diamond's Magic on 6 September. My credit card has been billed, and I received an email telling me that I would be advised when my purchase was shipped. The website indicated that the material I purchased was in stock at the time I placed the order. It has now been 7 days, and I have received no shipping info, or any indication that my order was being filled.

Best of inventory systems are wrong occasionally. You only had a couple of items and with the shop closing in two weeks I explained that inventory is even more volatile
