I never received my order. It has been over 2 weeks and still no order. This company is very, very slow in filling orders.

In stock magic sales would have you believe a company knows their inventory. But the 2 main items I was ordering were books that were listed on the site. They had neither. I cancelled the real of my order because I was frustrated.
Friendly service from a staff that knows their stuff. It's great to have a brick-and-mortar shop in the area. They also have fantastic lectures from some top names in the field!
I down loaded the "Bunny Fold" Origami... and it was a video. Impossible for me to follow at full speed, and a drag to keep stopping. I was hopimg for a print version that I could fold from as my own speed.
A great disappointment.
Perhaps a print diagram could be included.
Many Origami tougher models are in print. And even the Neal model is in print Why not a "butchered" model... more work for an artist#!
How could I give it 5 stars?

* and if I could follow the video, it would be great...
But it is a poorly produced video with shadows over the action and fingers in the way of the actual folds.
Anyway I had to quit half way through with only one ear folded atop the hat and the bunny. Looks like it's been attacked. But thanks for asking for my opinion.
If there is ever a print version of the folds, please count me in.

Why shop anywhere else. Vince can get you anything! Vince is easy to work with. Recently I called him and asked for a few special hard to find items. He got them in a couple days and will either ship them or you can go pick them up. I prefer to pick them up as his shop is just a great place to hang around for a few hours and chat with other magicians. Highly recommend.

He has a good stage in the shop with plenty of seating that we can do shows in to practice new material. Go there. You wont regret it
I ordered a download. It was delivered immediately and was exactly as expected. I am very satisfied.
The wheel that pops up is annoying as $#*!. The site is hard to navigate and theres plenty of bugs, at least while using it on mobile. Things dont line up, etc. its gross.

I brought my young grandsons to the store in the hopes of finding a few tricks for them. Vince was great. He demonstrated a bunch of different products, we bought a couple, and they left thrilled.

Best place for magic effects and supplies in the US. They also book the greatest lectures and shows around.
The items I received were in damaged condition. The case was warped and torn, the cloth bag had stains on it, a wood component was missing, and the two special coins were for some other trick and not the correct ones for this item. I was told the items were "new" and were sitting in the shop for three years.
I requested to return the package based on the damaged condition and missing items but was told no returns. He mentioned this was a stated policy, but the mobile site I ordered from did not have any such policy listed. My confirmation email and printed invoice also mention nothing of this policy.
Vince did order a new wooden part, but I still haven't received it. He also was willing to send the special coins needed for the trick.
The problem I have is with the condition of the items. Since he would not accept a return, I asked for a discount and was told there are no discounts because I already got a 10% promotion for ordering through his site.
The damaged condition of the items was ignored by the seller. I should not be paying full price or even a promotional price for the condition the items were in. We we're not able to come to any solution.
I ended up filing a complaint with the credit card company and received a refund. I offered to return the items at my expense, so that the store would not have to eat the cost, but he said he would not accept any packages from me.
I tried my best to work with Vince. His responses were prompt, but he did not understand the problem, even when I offered to send pictures to show him the damage items.
I was disappointed that we were not able to come to any solution.
The product was new. Never performed and never left the shop. From the outset you have been hypercritical, litigious and difficult to communicate with. I offered everything I could fairly and appropriately do to help you with the issues you reported. You refused. Very sorry none of my efforts were acceptable to you.
Vince always takes the time to go over and explain to my son how the magic is created with his items that we have purchased. Very friendly and patient with kids!
