I had a great experience with the staff showing me tricks and having time for me. The only negative thing was I had to hot glue the popcorn box. When I opened it the whole side was not glued.
Great shop. Vince is helpful and a great resource. The live shows there are awesome too, showcasing professional magicians as well as local talent.
I ordered a few items. One arrived incomplete - missing a piece. I emailed Vince. He immediately emailed back that he would be sending a replacement right away. Good service is when goods are shipped and everything goes right. Excellent service is when things don't all go right - but the owner makes it right. Thanks Vince.
I have never had a bad experience. Matter of fact, my experience with Diamond's has always been great! Will buy from again, that much I know.
Whether I stop in the shop or order on line you guys nearly alway have what I'm looking for. Online shopping was smooth with timely delivery but, I really prefer the good natured company and kidding around in the shop. Thanks!

The web page at issue was one that would encourage repeat business.
It was NOT working, and after a few tries I contacted them about the problem.
A good businessman would be happy for the heads up form a customer trying to help them - I know I did when I was running a business with a website.
They asked me to try again. And again. And after the fifth time I started to get upset as the definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.
NOTE: At this time they had not requested any information from me at all. Nevertheless, I had given them the page on their site and a verbatim transcription of the error message. Their response was to accuse me of not being willing to help and provide them information! Totally untrue.
Now they have repeated their big lie.
I recieved the book promptly. I am enjoying it. Thank you. Shipping was fairly priced. Great service.
Diamonds Magic is the complete magic shop. The owner, Vince, is very helpful to his customers and active in hosting both the SAM and SYM at his shop. So it is well connected in the local and national magic community.

My order was very late in arriving and eventually was retuned to Diamond's Magic where it had to be re-shipped and I did eventually receive it. However,
In between, little was done to reassure me another item would be sent to me if I did not receive my order. The USPS was blamed but Diamond Magic did not immediately step up to take responsibility for getting me my order. The overall attitude conveyed to me was disappointing...
Sorry abiut your dissapointment. We did everything we could to track and communicate the status of the order. I a, afraid that is the best anyone can do. We hope to have the opportunity to do business with you again in the future
Fast shipping. Large selection. Friendly staff... Got my dvd quickly... I would do business with Vince again and recommend his shop to others
I left something in their cart. An email promised a discount but it was not honored. If you are going to allow a computer to offer a discount, then honor it. At the very least put the limitations in the email. I did not ask for a discount one was offered.The computer was blamed by the owner,

The customer placed a $12 order, abandoned the cart, and the software system automatically sent an email offering a discount to complete the order. As I marketing and sales promotion the system offered a 10% discount or $1.20 but also restricted the offer to a minimum order of $25. We are sorry if this was a disappointment to you but automation, though convenient and beneficial to both our shop and the customer in the form of frequent discounts and specials is not perfect and contains many variables. In this instance we were not able to provide an additional discount and for that we apologize.
My daughter attended a kids lecture and loved it! The people who work/own there are wonderful! They help, fully explain and perform tricks for the children. Outstanding job Diamond's Magic for giving my daughter an outstanding and magical experience!
So far, item has been ordered, but since it's a backorder it hasn't yet been delivered. Initial communication has been good. Let's see where it goes from here.
Very poor trick was wrongly assembled and did not work had to brake down trick and reassemble and replace parts no help from seller would not use again
Sorry but I think you are confusing your magic orders. The only order you have made with us was unavailable to ship so order was cancelled and refunded. We did not send you anything(?) Sorry you had a bad experience with whoever you had this transaction with.
It is a unique experience to walk into a Brick and Mortar Magic Shop... remember the thrill as a youngster? Diamonds Magic continues this feeling for everybody... young and old.
Made a mistake when ordering: human error - mine. Rectified in nothing flat to everyone's mutual satisfaction. Would definitely do business with Diamond's Magic in the future.
Ordered merchandise online. They indicated that items would be shipped immediately. After one week I called and they said that the item that was in stock is now out of stock and would not be in for another week. They never bothered to call me and inform me that in fact they did not have the product that I order. They left me in limbo. I was not happy.
As you may have read, this is not a common occurrence for us. During the holiday season things become even more difficult to manage but stock levels are never perfect, cannot be as we sell on mobile, the web, remotely, and in Store. We do our best, when a product is marked in stock but in fact is not at the time of the order to inform the purchaser immediately. We did not succeed in this case and for that we apologize.

I have to take exception to this. We have never been hostile with anyone. We tried time and time again to help and calm you over what was a very small website software glitch but you would not help us track it or fix it and would not accept our explanation of same. (Paul never worked for us and unfortunately has just passed btw). When you became even more agitated and refused to help us track down the issue we informed you we would just cancel the order because you were so unhappy. Unfortunately this has done nothing to placate you. Very sorry this turned out to be a frustrating experience for you. Since speaking with you we have not been able to reproduce the error you encountered.
I can see your agitation continues despite our truthful response to what actually occurred. I don't know why you have decided to stir this up or cause this issue but since there seems to be nothing we can do for you I just have to reiterate that you are the only one reporting this issue; it cannot be reproduced; and we have done what we can to service your request.
