The site itself was easy enough to navigate, great prices. It would be nice for them to use a more reliable carrier though-shipped through FedEx who tried to say my address didn't exist. Second problem was that they say they are a Canadian company, however giving the post code to FedEx resulted in them saying it was sent from the US had to contact customer support to reach out to FedEx. After a few days the package did show up, they had put a map on it for the courier- just wow- our neighborhood isn't new by any stretch.
I ordered ubiquiti router and switch, both arrived within 3 days. There was email follow up and some extra treats in the box. I left some items in the shopping cart and DD contacted me to make sure I was happy or had any questions. I will be buying from them again soon.
Zero issue with my recent orders. Questions were answered quickly and professionally. Placed my recent order on Friday morning and it arrived on Saturday. Extremely pleased with this company. I will be back to order more network equipment soon.

My Vista screen was giving up. Phoned Deploy Depot talked to a lady in the sales department who was very knowledgeable, we made a deal. Shipped by Canada post and received it today (10 days). Very satisfied, all new cords which I just used my old ones. Wall bracket which I don't need, I did switch the receiver. I'm very satisfied with the product and service I received.
Now I'm wondering what to do with the extra cords, wall bracket, etc,, love to send them back to You?
No hesitation to deal with them again. I received an alert that a product I was searching for some time and was not available anywhere was back in stock. I purchase them and received them shortly after. I should have both one more has it got out of stock quickly but nothing to do with the store. Electronic shortage.

I normally buy on Amazon but could not find a particular Ubiquiti Access Point in stock. While searching for alternatives, I found DeployDepot. Everything went as expected but I called them at the last minute to check if I could upgrade my shipping to have the items sooner. They were very friendly and helpful and upgraded my order to overnight shipping without an issue. I have not had this kind of personalized service in a while. The items arrived the next day and have been working perfectly since being setup. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
