Very happy with this good quality phone to replace my previous similar phone that lasted 30 years. They had a wide selection with good descriptions so that I could find the features I needed that would work with my home phone connection. I also talked with a DeployDepot customer service member, who was knowledgeable, helpful and answered my questions right away. I appreciate the one-year guarantee, which proves that they stand behind their product in case I have any issues.

I really find Unfortunate that they are not open for pickup after 5 pm. It would be very interresting if they can accept pickup til 6h30 7 pm. This will give so much convenient for lot of people and businesses to have access to pickup their stock after the regular business hours of 9 to 5 also for traffic things issue when they are outside montreal... This will be very nice instead of having to pay expensive shipping fees and can't have your devices on time...

One item was accidentally left out of my order, called customer support and was happy to find I was talking to someone right at the company who was able to quickly resolve the issue and send me the extra item in a few days time. Very pleased to find companies that offer good service!

Arrived sooner than expected and the price was $70 cheaper than other vendors

I tried to order a gift card online twice. The billing portion warns you to enter the payment information, including name and address exactly as it would appear on my bill. Which I did. Both times, however, it declined the transaction. On the third attempt, I had to get my credit card company on the phone and do a conference call with them and the Deploy Depot Representative before the credit card company was comfortable to allow the transaction to be processed a third time. That time, I did it over the phone with the Deploy Depot Representative. If I buy more gift cards from them in the future, I will only be doing so over the phone until they update their website and payment handling processes.

I wanted to get an HP Comfort Grip Wireless mouse which I love using but which I don't think HP even makes anymore. The ordering was simple, but to pay $21.88 shipping on a $30.99 product is a little crazy. Still, there was nowhere else to buy this mouse, so I acquiesced.

Very first experience tried to purchase a laptop was a great deal found out it was refurbished, I don't mind to me that just means that it has been checked twice. After purchasing the laptop that said 14 were in stock I received an email that said there was a discrepancy and the laptop is no longer available

I had my order cancelled, I guess there was a pricing error but instead of contacting me they just went ahead and cancelled my order. These were Ubiquiti products that go out of stock quick so I wish they would have contacted me first before risking me losing stock.

I know you are a reseller, and I respect that, but having no tech support for products that are extremely expensive is not good.
I just pay $400 for two dishes, and they do not perform as advertised, then you forward me off to Ubiquiti, and they are not helping.
Now that the products you sent me are not working, it seems I have become a pain in your side, and I didn't ask to "have a problem"

A problem fell in my lap, and no one is going to help now.
