My item arrived a day earlier than anticipated based on the tracking. When I received my item there were chocolates and sticky notes included (both of which are very much appreciated). The product itself (I have only used for about a half day) is fantastic, I am able to move around my home while in meetings. I am able to use the mute function- the audio is very clear and the headset itself is very comfortable to wear.
Very good inventory availability, prices higher then other places. Support are very helpful but they do not go the extra mile. They helped me with the products but did not mention that the unit need an external power source that is not included.
I'll let you know upfront, that I don't buy a lot of products online. This, however, was a great experience. The website was user friendly and I could tell exactly what I was purchasing. I requested the least expensive shipping and the package arrived in four days, much sooner than I expected. The produce was exactly what I was looking for. Deploy Depot provided a great product and shopping experience.

I spent over an hour on the website choosing just the right phone for my mother in law. I was happy with the help I got from customer service. I made my order and waited, and waited. After about 5 days I had to inquire why my phone hadn't shipped and they told me they do a final check on each order to make sure there are no issues with the product. Not a major deal but would have been nice to know because my mother in law's original phone died and I needed a quicker replacement. With the good and the bad I give the experience 3 stars.

The folks at deploy depot where at the top of their game, reaching when i was having issues with my order, readily available on the phone when i called several times. The issues were on my end not theirs but they were very helpful in solving.
Ordered a UniFi wireless bridge at a very good price. I could see that inventory updated online immediately (it went from '2 available' to 'not in stock'), and very quickly I received serial updates confirming credit card processing, order preparation, shipment labeling, and shipment. The order arrived the next day, and followup emails made me aware that the package was in my receiving department, while also providing me with a final invoice. The product was correct and in good shape. Everything in this transaction was top notch.
DeployDepot was quick to acknowledge the sale, shipping, tracking even niotifying me when the package was delivered. Keeping me informed at the different stages of the process was amazing, something you rarely see from companies that carry such a great variety of products.
As well, they had the best pricing for the product.

Immediately hooked up the Vista 350 and it worked outright. Just like my old Vista 350,29 years ago.

I had a great experience working with DeployDepot. I initially spoke with someone via online chat and they went the extra mile to verify what they had in stock was a specific hardware revision of a router I needed. I ran into a somewhat-expected problem ordering online (related to the total value and shipping internationally) and spoke with someone on the phone who was able to work around the problem within a couple minutes. A few days later, I received the products without any problems at all.

Shipping prices could be improved but i was in a jam so it worked just fine.
Easy and smooth transaction. I messed up my first order so ordered again. They fixed my mistake and shipped the same day. A day later they showed up. They have earned my trust and will order again when I need something. Safe place to deal with for sure.
I placed an order with a few items and one of the items sent was incorrect. I called and was able to easily speak with a person who was able to send me the correct item and a return label. Although I would have appreciated something for the inconvenience of their mistake, all is well that ends well.
