I ordered these headphones using overnight shipping in order to have them for a virtual national sales meeting. They should have been here for the Monday but got here Friday afternoon. That said, I appreciated how customer service did not shy away from the issue and handled the situation responsibly.
Due to shortages here in the States, I purchased equipment from deploy Depot. Service was fast and cross border shipping was much faster than expected. All arrived in great shape and worked without issue. Thanks for a great experience.
First time ordering from deploy depot. They have a good section of ubiquiti products that can be hard to find at this time due to supply issues in the technology sector. Ordering was easy and straight forward and product was delivered promptly.
Found the part that I needed, ordered and received within 2 days. First time buying from them which made me a bit worried but all went as expected. Received my order on time, well wrapped and in perfect working order. I will check them out again when i need other items in the future.
I ordered an item listed as "in stock" for same-day pickup. 3 days after i placed the order, the item was still not available for pickup. Contacted customer service a few times and even went to eh warehouse. Unfortunately, the item was not in stock and was being ordered from a separate warehouse. If you don't have it why sell it and waste may time?
Ordered ethernet patch cables. After receiving a phone call from customer service, the price listed on website was an error for the cables, as I paid for 50 at $. 99 ($. 99 vs $7.99). I was sent another invoice for $367.50 ($7 x 50 + GST) to cover the error listed on the website.
I needed the cables quick and had selected next-day air shipping.
After proceeding with the higher price, they had to transfer in some of the patch cables from another location.
I was told it would be shipped out the next day. I followed up 2 days later and they said it was going to be shipped the next day. I then followed up again 2 days later and was told it would be shipped the next day.
They eventually showed up a few days later after the last time I called.
I normally have a better experience, but this last one makes me question future business.
I received the product quickly, within days. Prices are reasonable. Your search function needs to be improved. As a novice techie, using the search parameters i recieved an unmanageable volume of results. Not being familiar with specific terms, narrowing the results was difficult. Until i figured out the exact name of the item. If i was less persistent, i probably would have given up and gone to another vendor.
I first called at the office of Montreal and I was told to place the order online. The person was very helpfull and very nice. And a good thing for me, spoke french!
Was looking for a Canadian distributor for the Netool.io devices, I had recognized DeployDepot from previous web searches so decided to go ahead and order.
Running a business we would expect the ability to save invoices for future reference. This shopify experience is childish and lacks proper invoice downloading.

Grandstream DP720 handsets have excellent range, and while pairing them with the Grandstream DP750 base station is easy, configuration is not: many exchanges with their tech support, including screen shots I had to send, before both handsets finally ring for incoming calls, a firmware update done (on brand new units!) and the time shows correctly (time zone should have been preconfigured or at least identified as an issue and corrected without many exchanges).
If you know what you want, it's easy; order what you want, and pick it up in store or get it delivered. Very simple and convenient for those who live nearby
From using the chat to placing an order and picking it up, service was fantastic.
There was only a day difference between the four options. I needed it overnight and even the Fedex air option said 5 days. Might want to investigate.

Ordered over a week ago and paid for overnight shipping, but the product still hasn't shipped yet! If they get their distribution sorted to ship products much faster then this would be a 5 star review...

Very fast delivery-ordered Monday afternoon and it arrived first thing on Tuesday morning.
My only criticism would be that the order status still said "Awaiting fulfillment" 2-3 days after it was delivered-kind of defeats the purpose of an order tracker, but at least it was a pleasant surprise when it turned up early!
Placed an order... great communication due to fact it was on back order, alternate options given. Sticking with my original order... so will wait and see how it shapes up... was told there would be a 2-3 week delay... will keep you posted
