I ordered a tissue holder to put along the side of my new vanity, and realized that the handle did not twist from right to left, as I needed a left handed model. I went to the live chat box where Venice did a little research. After searching around she said she would call me right back. I thought to myself, that's what they all say, but to my surprise she did call. We worked out a viable solution. Thank you Venice for going the extra mile.

I bought a Vanity, marble vanity top, and a high end Toto toilet. I spent over $6000. Dollars with them. All the items arrived on a palate. When my contractor was able to open all the items to install them, the marble top was broken in several pieces. Since this was more than 48 hrs after delivery, they refused to replace or refund me and I had to buy a new marble counter top. I won't be a repeat customer!

I purchased the Fleurco FA483-72 Capri 45 7/8" - 46 1/4" Framed Half-Round 3 Curved Sliding Shower Door from decorplanet.com.
1) the screw heads stripped so easily and we're very poor. We had to go buy new screws to make it work
2) the glass clips are super fragile and broke
3) the directions are bad. One parts said to screw slide on glass supports. It didn't state which direction, how many on top or bottom, and it has 6 which was confusing since you only needed 4. There were no extra parts for anything else. But when they started breaking, we figured it out.
4) the self tappers have to have a pilot hole drilled first to work and the directions didn't say that. They were not sharp enough to go through the metal
5) there is no cap on top for the side supports so it has a 2 inch hole on top for anything to fall in. ( both sides)
— I could go on, especially about the bad directions. You have to have an engineer or a bathroom pro to know how to assemble.
Hoping it stays together. Home Depot has one much cheaper that I believe would have been better quality.

3 weeks into an order - nothing. No shipment tracking, no updates. Called the company to see where my 3 showers are only to hear "they have been discontinued sorry" really!? And nobody bothered to tell me? While I already installed rough ins for the showers (bough separately) They tried to resolve the issue by transferring me back and forth to: "sorry this extension was not found. Goodbye"

Disreputable company. They advertised an in stock item, then they told me it would take more than a month to ship while they "searched for a supplier." I cancelled my order and awaited a refund that never came. I finally got in touch with them through their chat--after they never responded to emails--and they said they refunded my purchase to Amazon Pay. Amazon Pay disagrees with them, as they never received a refund. So, Decor Planet are both liars and thieves. I had to file a claim with Amazon Pay to get my money, which they say will take as long as a month.

Will not buy from decorplanet.com again. After waiting 4+ months for the shower enclosure to match the base which arrived earlier, I was never called to arrange delivery. No voicemail. When I tracked down the item it had been 'returned' because they were 'unable to contact the customer by phone' which is a lie. Item had been returned without my consent. To 'fix' this issue I had to re-order expecting the credit for the return to match the new charge but instead discovered they charged me $300 more! Poor customer service failed to fully resolve the issue.

Be very careful to track shipments. Watch your email they may not call to deliver freight, and if that happens you could get screwed with fees to fix their shipping failure.

I ordered two expensive vanity faucets. I was supposed to receive a ship date within 24-48 hours. I received no follow-up information. I emailed customer service twice inquiring about my order, and never received a reply back. I called the customer service line and after waiting 30 minutes, I was prompted to leave a callback number( staying on hold was not an option). I never received a callback. I canceled the order through the website and received no follow-up acknowledgment. Meanwhile, my funds are on hold and tied up until Decor Planet cancels the order. Worst purchasing experience I have had in a long time

I selected decorplanet.com for a plumbing part because their website stated the item was in stock and would be shipped within two days. Turns out decor planet sent the order to the manufacturer and it will take TWO MONTHS before my part (which has already been charged to my credit card) is shipped, making our new shower out of commission for two months (until the part arrives). I wish they had been honest about the delivery date up front. Very disappointing. Based on this experience, I won't be a repeat customer.
After an item was delayed 3 times and 6 weeks, I started looking at this company's reviews and realized I wasn't the only person with this issue. I was lucky enough to be able to cancel the order (hopefully with a full refund). I reordered the same product from another company and the product was shipped the SAME day with tracking. I'm not sure why they can't be honest with whether a product is in stock and ready for shipment. Yes, they offer lower prices, but unless you have oodles of time, don't count on actually receiving it. You get what you pay for, I guess.

I ordered a new KWC spray head from DecorPlanet. They had the best price I found on the internet, about 20% less than Amazon. I placed my order and was informed two days later that their supplier could not deliver the product immediately and I might have to wait two weeks to get my order filled. They gave me a date by which it should be delivered. I was notified about a week later that it had shipped. I received it 3 days late, well within the window they had promised. The spray head was as advertised and their service and care were admirable.
I am writing here that I just had a terrible experience with decorplanet and I am sorry I have purchased product from them. My item arrived broken and it started not functioning after 5 days as you see on the picture. If the item is defective, they won't give you replacement or accept the return. This past a week and half I had to deal with their customer service and talked to manager yesterday. They put all the responsibilites on customers and they shifted the responsibilities to the manufacture warranty even though I initiated the process within 30 days. They said you reported too late. It is really bad business model. They maybe a little cheaper than other competitors, but buy from the place where it has more reputations and quality of customer service, because you will regret. I am totally regret purchasing from them. You will end up with dispute and despairs. My bathroom construction was already finished, but because the toilet was broken, the project was not completed. Now we have to wait 3 more weeks from manufacture for repairing and rehire our plumber to reinstall the seat.

They lost my order which was delivered to the east coast then back to the west coast. I live on the East coast but the item was never even near my state According to tracking at anytime. When I cancelled the $1,057 order I got the rude run around for two weeks. I still haven't received the refund. The "customer service" morons are rude and think the matter is funny. PLEASE read ALL of the negative reviews below and but somewhere else.
Horrible customer service that is putting in a lot of effort in proving you are wrong than to solve a problem! Their system has placed a duplicate order, only one confirmation was ever sent out, but they charged me $750 shipping fee to send it back to sender and called me several times to yell at me that it's my fault. They'll go beyond and above their duties to convince the customer they are wrong. Previous reviews just prove that they constantly mess up orders and then blame the customer for it.

I ordered 9 door knobs at a cost of $887.40. They sent the wrong ones and after giving me the runaround for 2 days via phone and email they offered me a refund of $391.17 and I would have to pay for shipping. I filed a dispute with my credit card and a complaint with the BBB. We'll see what happens next. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN MY 65 YEARS! They shipped item via FedEx. Item was not delivered to my home. Because FedEx marked it as "delivered," there was hesitation in refunding my money. However, I am glad to report that they appear to be living up their responsibility as sellers and contacting FedEx and claim that they will refund my money while they figure out what happened with the shipping. If they come through on their promise, it is what I would expect from a professional company.
I ordered the mirrored medicine cabinet and was hung by a handyman according to their manual with screws etc supplied by them and a few months later the whole cabinet fell off the wall. They asked me for photos and gave me a case nr and after... i never heard back but in meantime my medicine cabinet is broken! So buysomewhere else as they dont help with any issues! Decor Planet admittedly sent the wrong Toto toilet seat which I returned, uninstalled in pristine condition but in the box box of the new toilet seat which I ordered. I ordered a new one before I was refunded because it took 8 months for the first one to arrive. When I did not receive a refund I contacted Decor Planet and was told by Venice that the seat was 'used'. The pictures she sent were not of a 'used' seat but of one that had been completely and intentionally destroyed. The seat was never even attempted to be installed because I was sent the wrong model and the damage was intentionally inflicted. Decor Planet may seem like they offer lower prices but it is at the expense of their costumers, this is a scam and disgusting practice, do not use this deceptive company.

One Toto toilet seat that had to be serviced numerous times and still doesn’t work.
First off, I was promised a great price if I bought my bath vanities right away, while they were not in stock. But in stock, you get same price I got. They kept my money for 3 months. I still have no product. Once they have your money, they forget you. You get conflicting answers on when you get delivery. We are still waiting a 5/28 delivery on 6/10 with no answers. They suck.
I am doing a full bathroom renovation and ordered a number of shower and faucet parts from this company. While the prices are somewhat better than other retailers and manufacturers, you really pay the price in the wait time to receive your order. My first order was not delivered in what I would consider a timely manner at all. The second order, which was only two items, will take just a couple of days shy of 1 full month from order to delivery. They are in NJ, I am in FL, so it's not like I'm on the other side of the globe, or even the country. They do notifiy you with shipping dates, so you know in advance that's going to take FOREVER to get your items. I thought the first time was just a one-off. No... second order even worse and longer delivery time. Next time I will probably just pay the extra at other retailers or manufacturers to have the items shipped within a few days instead of almost a month later. Yes, you can save money if you have PLENTY of time to wait. I'm done with them.
Worst company to deal with. Ordered a vanity April 17th. I emailed and called to confirm the order. They said they'll ship May 5th. On May 10th, I called to ask why it hasn't shipped. Turns out they did not even PROCESS my order despite my email and call to confirm the order. Then they said they'll ship May 18th. Nope, still didn't ship. Then they said they'll ship May 23rd. Of course as I am writing this, it still hasn't shipped. These are the most incompetent people I've ever had the curse to purchase anything from. Spare yourself some misery, and don't order anything from Decor Planet.
We ordered a granite kitchen sink from DecorPlanet. The sink arrived broken (see photos below). Instead of refunding our money at that time, they shipped us a 2nd sink. This 2nd sink was broken even worse than the 1st sink. It is difficult to reach any Customer Service people. Finally got a hold of someone who said they would refund our full amount for the sinkit should take about 3-7 business days. Our money has still not been refunded (15 days later). Can still not get a hold of anyone in Customer Service. I will never do business with them again. Lesson learned.
Their customer representatives are very unresponsive. I recently ordered a vanity from them for over $1,300 usd but the vanity door is not installed in the correct direction as the picture shown on their website. Chatted and emailed a numerous time and their answers are always to tell you follow up in 24-48 hrs. They never reply you to follow up. I don't recommend to buy from Decorplanet.com
I was having a very hard time choosing a new toilet for my bathroom renovation. For days I researched Toto toilets and after feeling overwhelmed I chatted on line with Alex and then spoke to Alex directly at Decor Planet. He greatly simplified things for me and was able to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. He even offered me some additional tricks regarding the installation. I am so grateful for his he! P and wish I would have reached out to him sooner.
