This is the 2nd time I have ordered from you and 1st item didn't fit, I wasn't allowed to send it back but was given $3.75 credit and order was $15.00. Now this single coffee pot doesn't work straight out the box. I either want a complete refund or I want another coffee pot sent to me. Delivery was way late and it should be against the law for you selling faulty items. I ordered my item Nov. 17th and received today 12/2/19. Never even received a confirmation number. I will never order from you again because you never make things right. Order # 3759

There phone number goes direct to voicemail and there mailbox is always full. For a company this big they should have more room on there mailbox.

Not happy with this cite I ordered an item which stated I would have it by this Wednesday 11/27
I received an order # but never received any info on when it was shipped/tracking # I sent an email and was notified they will review and get back to me well I still have not heard back from them
Tried call there phone number mail box full
Just hope I didn't get scammed

Scam
November 30, 2019

I had order a package 3 weeks ago and still nothing I tried emailing them and no response what so ever I don't even need the package anymore I just want my 100.00 plus tax back and they can't even give me a response about a refund at least. Do not spend a penny on this website it's a big scam I can't wait for it to get shut down. Lesson learned read the comments before purchasing I'm not the only one having this similar problem

HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS
November 29, 2019

Very very hard to get someone to pick up the phone email forget it no one will answer you back. I purchased Air fryer dated to get it was between 11/23 - 11/25 i have not received anything yet all i have is tracking # that item has not even been picked up yet from there facility. When i got someone on the phone i got the turn around that it was shipped than i got is being expedited we will have a new tracking # for you tomorrow the system has not been updated but you will get it no later than Friday. So i was placed on hold to get another answer the girl never come back on the phone i was on hold for 20 minutes. Now i have no definite answer yet but they got my money already. I'm very mad and frustrated never purchased from them and i will never do that mistake again.

This company sucks
November 25, 2019

Do not trust this company. They only shipped one item out of four but charged me for all four! Their "shipped" email said everything shipped. Not! Their phone numbers do not work and they will not answer my many emails, or give me a requested refund. FedEx only picked up one package to come to me and the box was not big enough to hold all 4 ordered items! Do not waste your money. Buy from Wal-Mart.

I ordered two sets of dishes, it took over a month and only received half of my order. I was told that I would receive an email with information on the shipment of the other half of my order and never have. I have made several attempts to contact customer service only to be told that they were unavailable for the past five days. I left my phone numbers for a return call and no one has yet to call. They have my money, but I only have half my order.

I bought new boat need some accessories jump online like always do and this site comes up on Google so hey price is way good, yea i know the alarm bells went off, but i didnt heed them. Now over a month and half gone by, half my order is in my posession, but the whole oreder amount is paid and gone. YOU WANNA THRO YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AWAY order from them they will get your money you if you are lucky will receive hal your order

My credit card charged on Sept. 25,2019. Estimated delivery date between Sept. 27
And Oct. 03. Retailer, Deals Dot LLC, failed to ship merchandise ordered and paid
For. Retailer issued FedEx tracking number without ever delivering package for
Shipping. My order number is #2319. When I contacted customer service phone number
*******522 nobody answered and an automated voice told me to leave a message. No respond on email. I want refund to my credit card.
Be careful, I feel they are scammers. Buyer beware!
