I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have not seen or heard anything from you. I have sent you 5 e-mails requesting shipping information and have never received a reply nor have I received my order. I tried calling the support number, but that was a joke too as I hung on line for a very lone time and then I just hung up. I will be contacting the BBB to let them know of my experience with DealsDot. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Yeah just found this. Looks like I got ripped for a lot of money. No product No shipping No answer by phone or email and my money is gone too

Don't order from this site! You can't get anyone to answer your calls or respond to emails. This is the worst site. I ordered on 12/13/19 and wasn't given a delivery date and I haven't received my package as of today. I definitely want use this site ever again!
This place sent me the wrong product but at least i got something i guess. I was not so lucky with the other product on my order not to mention the other orders that never came.
I waited a month for my order. It never came, they do not answer their phone.
I emailed them, they don't respond.
I'm going to have my credit card go after them for fraud

I ordered a speaker a week ago. Still haven't received a tracking number. Have tried emailing and calling and can't get in touch with anyone about my order. Beginning to think this is a scam and if not they need to work in customer service.
I get in contact with them they give me fake numbers fake tracking numbers fake promises everything fake I have a large following up following so I will report these all over the internet it is ridiculous
I ordered 2 items almost 2 months and all am getting is run around with this company never answers phone when I emailed they say it is waiting on ups to pick up, then I emailed again it said it will be shipped in 12 hours never received item even now.
Order been 5 days still not shipped contracted customer service 3 times through email still have not gotten a reply just want to know if i will get my order in time for xmas as promised.

I HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS LIKE THIS AND I BUY SEVERAL THINGS ON LINE EVERY MONTH. LIKE THREE OTHER PEOPLES REVIEW-- NO CUSTOMER SERVICE-- ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT YOUR ORDER. IF NO RESPONSE BY THE END OF THE WEEK I WI; LL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.

I have inquired SEVERAL times by email to DealsDot. I only receive this message "Your request (3350) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.
To add additional comments, reply to this email." This message is sent from "*******@dealsdot.zendesk.com" whom may or may not be a real person, Can't leave a message because the voice mail is always full. I can't review the product because it has been a month of these messages. I need to receive the merchandise I ordered and paid for.
They really don't seem to care about their customers. They take your order then your money and then if you're lucky you just might get the right item you ordered. Trying to get through to customer service is IMPOSSIBLE and the same goes for them replying to your many emails. All I can say is good luck if you order from them. I received the wrong item and have sent several emails and tried to call and talk about it to someone. They are the WORST company to ever deal with. Save your money and peace of mind and buy elsewhere! This place doesn't deserve your hard earned money. I ordered a 27 pc set of ceramic coated pans from Pioneer women and received a 10 pc set of Teflon pans. Unbelievable
