Beware everyone. I have shopped online for many years now and although small problems come up with many companies, this has been by far my worst experience! They have lied to me again and again. First off, my order was never even shipped! They continuously lied to me saying it was being shipped and I never once got a working tracking number!
After TWO MONTHS of waiting and customer support that lead absolutely nowhere, I kindly ask for a refund only to be lied to again! My refund was never issued and I even spoke to someone from "dealsdot" and he assured me it would be taken care of but it never happened. I will make sure this review is seen in every one of their review pages.
