I ordered a Navy Blue Futon On 11/6/19. No response from them. I've emailed and called no response. They didn't mind taking my money right off of the card.
Made online purchase 12/7/19, same day I decided to cancel my order. Email company. Never heard back from company. My bank acct was charged. I've emailed 3 times and left 2 voicemails. Never received the product &/or never received a refund. Never heard from the company via returned phone call or email. When you call the phone number posted on home page, the mailbox is full. Probably other customers wondering where their product is that they paid for. This company is a horrific scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Here it is, 12/19 and I haven't received my package, a refund, a phone call or email.

I have been waiting for the Turkey fryer since I ordered on November 14 2019. I have called left several messages when the voicemail was not full, also emailed and no response. Poor customer service! Not sure but think this is a scam my order ID 4237. Also sent a ups tracking # shows it has not moved. I was trying to get this as an early Christmas present for my son!

Ordered a turkey fryer and it's been weeks I have not heard anything from you guys no tracking information no nothing I try calling but there is a voicemail that pick up no real person at all this is my first time shopping hear and trust me it's my last it almost feel like it's a scam I ordered my fryer that should have been here for Christmas it is a gift would have loved to have it before then
I placed my first order ever with DealsDot on 10/9/19. About a month later, just about when I was wondering where is my order, I got an email saying they shipped my order. After a few days when I still hadn't received my order, I tried "tracking" it with the Fedex tracking # provided in the email. Fedex "couldn't find" any such shipment. About med November, I emailed the company to let them know I hadn't received the order, and Fedex didn't have it. To date, I have not heard from them. It took my credit card company all of 10 minutes to research and resolve the charge with "permanent" credit for the charge on my card for goods never received. This tells me this vendor must be shady.
I ordered a 'Be Free Surround sound system BEFORE thanksgiving. I have not received the item or any updates on its whereabouts. No one answers the phone, therefore, I don't know whom to call for a refund.

Called to try to find out a delivery expectation. Called 877 # - All you get is recorded offers for other products. NO REPRESENTATIVES! My e mail got a big nothing as a response - "We're working on it." Yeah, right. Cancelled my order.
