Ordered a sofa cover 4 weeks ago with an expected delivery date of between 20 - 26 November. Now December 2 and haven't received my purchase or had any correspondence from Deals Direct at all about any problems. They obviously don't give a crap because they already have my money. They sometimes don't even have the product (still overseas) but they take orders anyway. If they run out of the product you get a refund anyhow.
