Love deal dash, just wish there were more late night auctions!
Down from 5 Star... seems like auction prices are rising. I've had to BIN more than ever before and am using way too many bids. Also seems like there are fewer high priced items available

Was a 5 star experience. It was so early in the morning i couldn't call anyone to tell of my good luck, had to wait til this morning to tell friends. Thanks to DEAL DASH i am a happy and lucky camper
Dealdash used to be a great site. Limit 1 winner items, great selection of products, good customer service, and realtime pricing for buy-it-now purchases if you don't win an item. But now, they've started offering Buy-it-Now items above retail. It seems they're turning into just about every other penny auction sites out there, hiking up the price of an item and making it seem more valuable than it truly is. I won't be using Dealdash again until they bring back realtime pricing.
Purchases have been easy! Shipping is fast. Product is as described!
I am a loyal bidder on Deal Dash. I love the site and have a lot of fun whether I win or lose (don't really like losing)! My son won a "Far East Collection" painting for me. Yea! It arrived damaged. Customer Service was great! They emailed me a return slip and sent me a new painting. That one arrived damaged also. Same thing... another return slip and they sent me the third painting. Arrived damaged. After contacting them again and again, they are not responding. I would love to take care of this matter but I feel as though they are "dodging" me. In fact, I feel it is Deal Dash's issue with the packaging. Paintings are fragile and they are being shipped in flimsy cardboard boxes. There is NO protection for the frame and the shipping company straps them down. They get squished which results in a completely unacceptable product. Deal Dash contacted me about this issue after I posted this review. I again received a return postage and a promise to have the fourth one delivered in excellent condition. They have been more than sincere in remedying the situation. I will keep updating as this is resolved. Like I said in the beginning, I am an avid DealDash FAN! This site has been true to its word! (so far)

I did not enjoy my experience. In fact, I have quit the site. I found it a waste of time, received little value, and quite frankly it is boring. Much to much time wasted on the site.
I like your idea of giving back bids but not in your method. That is where the time is wasted.
I suggest something like bid rewards by the number of bids. Or something that would move the bidding alone.

I have not won an auction yet using bid buddy. I have ended up buying a ton of gift cards using the BIN option, so I haven't lost my bids. Not sure yet if I like it or not. Takes a lot of time to participate.
Hi Karen, sorry to see the bad rating. The majority of auctions are won with the BidBuddy and we recommend using this because it places your bid at the last second and reduces the risk from manual bidding.
When looking at the last five auctions you won I see you won those using the BidBuddy so I'm a bit confused about your comment. I'm glad to see you're playing smart and only bidding on items you plan on buying anyway in case you don't win so you can get your bids back. I'm sure if you continue shopping this way you'll continue to win more auctions and hopefully will have a better experience. DURING THE LAST 3 DAYS I HAVE NOT HAD LUCK WITH MY BIDDING.
I HAD OVER 1400 BIDS AND WALKED WITH AWAYWITHOUT ANY WINS.
I DON'T THINK I WILL BE BUYING ANY MORE BIDS IN THE NEAR FUTURE, I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN ON A FIXED INCOME AND THESE LAST 3 DAYS HAVE AFFECTED MY BUDGET TREMENDOUSLY.
Hi George, sorry to see the negative rating. Looks like you used over 1000 bids on a lawn mower auction and unfortunately did not win. For the best experience I recommend only bidding on items you would plan to buy anyway with the Buy it Now option. This way if you don't win you don't lose your bids either and you get the item you wanted. The Buy it Now option is available for a full 7 days after the auction ends so you still have time to consider this if you need the lawn mower.
When I first started, I could win with a couple hundred bids. Now if u don't have five thousand or more, u might as well not bid. Allowing bidders to win five thousand bids is ridiculous.

I had a techical problem with dealdash and they took care right away in few minutes. Very happy customer.
I've never had a problem with DD. Always pretty much what is expected.
I have a hard time dealing with bid stompers. I usely leave the auction because of them. I think everyone should use bid buddy!

BidBuddy is a great way to go and always places your bid at the last second so is highly recommended to use. I'd like to help improve your experience. There are too many people bidding on there right now. Need to increrase the number of products to bid on, especially prime time. Othr than that, I love the site.
