I love the site, I have won a few gift cards worth low value. I find it frustrating with limited items in each category available for auction.

It seems that every time I decide to bid on an item, the bids go on and on. I have paid the price for a lot more items than I have won by bid. I can't say that I am really satisfied considering my experiences.
I really like all of the different offers you have for us. But It is still hard to win anything on this site.
It's been alot of fun. It's definately more for the entertainment value than it is great deals all of the time. The customer service is good.
When first joined it was fun but now its turned into a greed circus with some bidders just running up prices was off site for a long time and once bids are gone gonna stay off until its made a little fair and threating bios are gone

We try to interfere as little as possible as to how people can bid however we are monitoring bios more closely by screening all bios before being published so this should help cut down on any threatening bios. Ok I found it fun and yes you can get good bargains all you have to do is 'hang in there! All you need is a positive attitude. Try it you'll like it.

Easy to use Bid Buddy to set amount of what I wanted to bid for items. Easy to pay for items through the use of Pay Pal. Delivery of items has been on time and in good shape. I regularly recommend DealDash.

It's ok but when it comes up to the ending second it like takes forever to until another bid where count down from 10 goes extremely fast, other wise very competive bidding not like another site I go on you need to advertise better different approach your losing customers not to be negative as soon as my bids are gone I'm unsubscribing. Sorry it was fun

I find that dealdash is the best bid site I have ever tried. Problem is I haven't been able to win anything for over a year or two.
I have been on DD for over 8 years. When I first started I found myself getting very upset and mad because I had not won one thing. I thought the same way some of you did. I invested a lot of money also. I decided to contact DD to do some venting. I made suggestions about changing certain things to make it more fare for everyone to get the opportunity to win something.
DD was very responsive in trying to change things to make it easier for bidders.
I have called several times to ask about changing things that I thought would help bidders to be more successful. They also asked me many times what I thought about doing things a certain way. If I thought if would be beneficial to us bidders then I would give my opinion.
All in all, I have had nothing but great experience in talking to the great people in Customer service. James who is a manager is the best guy ever. He always takes the time to make sure if there is a problem he will take care of it. The entire company has nothing but the best people anywhere.
