Took just over 2 weeks for them to tell me my order wasn't in stock. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I understand they say they were moving their warehouse, was cool with waiting "1-2 weeks". But there's no excuse for letting me order a product they didn't have in stock. I literally borrowed them 35 dollars, and now i'm waiting to get refunded. I'm going to be furious if it takes more than 5 days. I can only imagine how many people are in the same position i'm in.
Customer service is of no help. I ordered boots that were very small, despite ordering the size that I always wear.
Return policy is a joke, no return postage provided. Had to spend a 1/4 of what the boots cost me to send them back or drop them off at a retail store. Of course there is no retail store in the Chicagoland area, either provide brick and mortar stores to try on/purchase/return products or provide a better return policy.
They should really re-think there eCommerce return strategy as it currently won't be sustainable in comparison to retailers like Amazon. I won't be ordering any more DC product from now on.
Buyers beware! We paid an extra amount to have shoes delivered next day shipping they didn't ship out until two days later and we did not receive them until two days after that. An extra $5 dollars a day for shoes that could have been delivered sooner without next day shipping. Customer service is being no help either and we have been buying their shoes for decades with no problems until now!
I order my shoes to be over night/ next day shipping and paid and extra $20 dollars for this too. It is now 3 days later and I still do not have my shoes. Their excuse is any order made on a weekend or holiday takes two extra business days to process... over night/ next day means over night/ next day, period. Do not give the option of over night/ next day shipping if it isn't really over night/ next day.
I asked for my shipping cost to be re-funded but I highly doubt they will allow this...
Ordered shoes online and UPS lost them. Contacted UPS they stated that I had to contact DC shoes to file a claim. Called them and was on hold for over 4 hours with online customer service with no answer. Tried emailing and got an automated response stating a customer service representative would contact me shortly. Waited a week with no contact from them, tried calling several more times always being put on hold automatically with never speaking to a person and no one responds to the emails. Also never anyone on live chat. Apparently I will never get the product I paid for nor will I never get a refund
Shoes came as seen on web site. Shipping was delayed by weather so anticipation was high. Very comfortable. Soles could use a little help seem stiff. Over all very satisfied with my purchase.
I ordered from DC shoes on April 11. I didn't receive any type of information regarding my order even though the company stated they were moving warehouses and my order would be processed within a few weeks. I emailed them on May 5. I received my order by the May 11. They were very kind and applied a 20% discount upon delivery of my order. Overall, I had a good experience with their customer service.
I've ridden skateboards on and off since I was 9 years old. I've worn DC shoes for the same amount of time. My DC Anvil's have lasted me almost a decade. Recently I bought a pair of their new Central line and they are quite possibly the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I will buy and wear DC shoes until my dying day
Comfortable shoes that hold up to lots of wear. Average arrival time and don't always have many sizes in styles that are on sale but I guess they are on sale because they have been out for a while. I have found good sale prices for the styles I wear however.
I don't understand why people have such bad luck with DC's. I only wear DC's because they fit my feet better than any shoe out there. When it rains my feet don't get soaked. It rained yesterday and my friend was wearing vans and his feet were soaked.ut my feet were extremely dry. My socks were dry and everything. I love them

This company is not good and it is a fraud because they do not want to return the money I have been waiting for my money for more than a month because I bought some tennis shoes and they do not describe well how they are and when you put them on they are too small.
One writes them and they do not answer but do not use PayPal to make a purchase because PayPal does not help you at all and if I had used my direct credit card without using PayPal I already had that money in my account and look for more than a month and PayPal would not help and DC Shoe does not refund my money
I got 2 pairs of pants for Christmas. I got them from a friend 2 weeks after Christmas because I was out of town. Then I got the influenza A and was out another 8 days. After full recovery, returning and exchanging pants were a low priority. I called and they wouldn't let me exchange to one size bigger. Super lame. Will never purchase them and I will let everyone who ever asks to stay away from this company.
Ordered shoes July 17th emailed to cancel July 18th told they could and received shipping notice July 19th, on July 27th started a formal investigation with UPS to find out where my shoes were as I was told they had been picked but UPS has no record only the same record I have, after a ton of emails back and forth with DC and siting fraud, fast forward to today and they gave me a refund. In the three weeks of waiting I bought two pairs of shoes for the same price as what DC charged me with shipping. Will never again order from them.
I live up in Canada and ordered these shoes which I'm pretty sure come out of California. Maybe pre-covid there was an issue, but DCSHOECO is definitely on point now. I ordered my shoes on a labour day sale and just received them today. My tracking number wasn't correct, but everything else worked out. Great prices, and excellent customer service. I will definitely purchase from DC Shoes again.
I placed an order today and my account was double charged for the order; I spoke to Michelle and she explained that often times a card is pre-authorized twice; I asked to speak with a supervisor; my call was transferred to Rose.
Rose was very rude, condescending and rushed through the call. I simply wanted to know WHY my account was double charged - Rose advised me the second charge should be credited back to my account within 72 hours.
I asked Rose numerous times to speak with her supervisor and she advised me she was in a "meeting" and at first would not give me the name of her supervisor until I asked numerous times - she then told me her supervisors name was Abby, yet there was no way she could connect me with her or her voicemail.
I am not okay with my account having money on hold when it should not be on hold.
The way this matter was handled was unprofessional.
I also plan to file a formal complaint with the BBB.
I will NEVER order from your company again.
I clicked on a link of suggested items on a promotional DCSHOES email, and bought a hoody for myself.
The hoodie arrived and it was for kid, so very small. The fact that the item was for kids was written in really small characters in the description of the item.
Of course they do not do free returns, and the customer service was useless and rude.
It felt almost like a scam.
I ordered a paor of shoes and they came in a complrtely destroyed box. I mailed the shoes back about a month ago and have not even heard from them. When you try to get in touch with them onkine you arent even able to send messages. Will never give them a penny again.

Bought a pair of Peary boots and they ripped after 4 months of use. Contacted DC and was given a $100 gift card (code only, no actual card) as a replacement. Later I did some research and found out they messed up all Peary boots and had to recall most of them, but for some reason I was never contacted. Used the gift card code to make an order, including a $30 pair of shoes. Shoes never arrived, so after 3 weeks I emailed customer service and was told they ran out of stock. Checked their site and the shoes were still in stock. I emailed them asking for my gift card to be refunded, and they kept saying they would do it but it never happened. I contacted multiple people, always got the same answer. Fast forward another three weeks, no refund, so I contacted them again and this time was promised an actual card sent to my address. I never got my card either.
This happened a year ago, and at that time I think I've talked to everyone in charge of customer service at DC, so I just let it go. Haven't bought anything DC for a year, but I'd like to leave this review here so others can see it.
Also the shoes quality has gone downhill compared to 5 years ago when I was in high school. The sizing is weird. My last pair (a Heathrow pair) had no traction at all, and looked extremely beaten after only a year of minimal use.
TLDR; ordered 2 pairs of Bob's burgers shoes. They arrived in damaged box and DC shoes customer service is no help resolving the issue.
DC shoes has the worst shipping procedures and customer service I've ever encountered. If you know me you know I love Bob's Burgers I watch it everyday. I order 2 pairs of Bob's burgers shoes off DC and both arrived in damaged boxes because they were only shipped in shipping envelopes with no padding whatsoever. Half the reason I ordered the shoes was for the cool box with the resturant front on it so when it came damaged with both pairs of shoes I was very upset so I emailed their customer service and was told I could return them and order a new pair and they'd ship those in a new box. After they emailed me that I decided to call. Was told the same thing over the phone and asked the guy what would stop the next pair from arriving in a damaged box if they were shipping it the same? To which he basically replied I'm sorry ma'am that's the only solution I have for you. Which let's be real that isn't a solution at all. Since they are sold out I have no option of returning and reordering so they have no solution for me. So I will be posting my story everywhere in hopes DC shoes will just send me at least one new box for my shoes since I spent over 100$ on the 2 pairs. And maybe from now on you could ship shoes that come in speciality boxes in a padded envelope?! Is that really so hard?!
When visiting into the DCShoes.com website, there is a pop up that says "Free shipping on your first order" if you are willing to provide your email address. After doing so, I placed an order and surprise NO FREE 2-DAY SHIPPING! I reached out to customer service who told me that it's not free shipping on your FIRST order, it's on your next order. When I mentioned that it was clearly stated as your FIRST order, and quoted the website word for word and stated that was false advertising, I was told you had to wait 2-3 days for a magical unique code and then I could place the order. If I have to wait 3 days for a 2-day shipping code, why would you need the damn code in the first place? Super poor customer service. Even worse, the shoes I purchased are $1 cheaper on Amazon and I would have gotten 2-day shipping for free with Prime anyway!
Answer: Probably a scam they cancel every order weeks later
