Been wearing DC for years and my last purchase was garbage. I asked them to make it right and they basically said tough luck. Never buying DC again. Sad
I ordered a pair of shoes for my child and almost immediately decided I needed a larger size, I contacted customer service before the shoes had shipped and was told that it is impossible for them to change the order at all and that they would have to ship the shoe sand I would have to return them to get a different size! Did I mention that the order hadn't shipped yet! I have been wearing DC shoes for 30ish years and wanted to get my children into the brand as well but after this appalling customer service and treatment, I will never buy a DC product again!
I bought shoes online and they were to small. Ordered my size. Returned them. Zero customer service and only email through them. After many emails, I finally got a return label. I reached back out inquiring about my refund and now they're saying the bank has it and it was processed through already. I do not have my refund in the bank. The total was $67.95. $60 for the shoes. I was suppose to get a refund of $53 and some change. Which means I'm still out $16 this whole transaction. DO NOT BUY THEIR SHOES ONLINE!
By far the worst experience I have ever had buying a product online. I've worked in retail/customer service for 16 years and DC shoes gives 0 $#*!s about their customer. They basically wake up each day looking at themselves in the mirror talking about how they can scam their customers today.
I ordered a pair of bobs burgers x DC collar shoes expecting to receive the product in good condition. They shipped the collector edition box in a plastic bag so the box got destroyed in shipping and when I contacted them to correct the situation, I was told to pay out of pocket to return the pair I got and buy another pair.
What a $#*!ing disgusting joke of a company. How do you send a product to a customer and not care about how the receive it? Let alone not try to fix the problem at all. Basically got told to go $#*! myself. I will never buy anything from DC again and I hope noone else does as well. Terrible company
How bad at business do you have to be to take a long successful company and run it into the ground in 3 years? These are skate shoes. They are supposed to be durable, flat, and wide. Wide is the standard. So why I'm the world did they discontinue wide and then change the entire shape of the shoe? I have a pair do DCs from 2007 that are still amazing. Went to go get a new pair and they fit like garbage. They are thin and cheap. Not to mention all the designs for women's shoes went to basic tones and pinks. DC was legendary for new fabrics, awesome colors, and well made shoes worth the money. My husbands last pair lasted less than 6 months. Thanks for ruining something I've loved for years. Trash.
The quality of the shoes is really bad now, and the customer service is even worse. If you have to return something that doesn't fit expect to have to dispute the charge to get your refund processed. They'll respond to disputes but not repeated emails to process refunds. Paypal will not help you, you can't even file a case against them with paypal because conveniently the tracking numbers are 2 digits too long for the paypal form to accept.
Ordered shoes, waited 7 days just for them to ship the wrong shoes, then want us to wait a month for right ones! Absolutely ridiculous when we ordered the right ones and they won't refund the difference for the ones they sent! Seriously worst customer service ever! Never again! And that's saying a lot because all myself and my husband wear are DCs. Below are the pictures of what he was supposed to have gotten and what he got.
Ordered product almost a month ago and they still havent shipped it yet. Tried to cancel the order by email before it was processed and they still charged my card and processed the order even though i had cancelled. When i finally got a response i was told they couldnt cancel my order because it had already been processed. This was now 2 weeks ago i was charged but they still have my order sitting in their warehouse and havent bothered to send it. Funny thing is, i ordered a pair of dc shoes from amazon a week after i had ordered off the dc website and my amazon shoes have been here almost 2 weeks now! Give me my damn order DC Shoes!
Customer service does not care about the experience you encounter. Ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair was correct and one was the wrong shoe and size. They will not send me the correct order of what I purchased. I have to return the wrong pair before my account gets credited back. As a fix to the situation they offered me 30 percent off my next order. Hahahahah Are you kidding me? With that awful customer service I will never deal with DC shoes.com again. I have a feeling my return of money to my card will be just as painful as to having to harass them to address my incorrect order.

So I placed an order on cyber monday on the dc shoe website.then yall canceled it for no reason the next day with a 30% off coupon for shoes you just raised the prices on.i call in and get told yall will price match me just need to call in after I place my order.so I do that and with in seconds the money is pulled.then I get notified that a fraudulent purchase was made thru YOUR company.i call back and yall basically tell me I'm burnt even with the reference # for the price match.so now I lost $85 with no price match, no shoe confirmation, nothing! This is not OK!
They won't help you. They are rude and don't answer any questions they are asked took me 2 months to get a pair of kids shoes by the time they came in didnt fit her. Dc shoes suck buy Osiris they last longer and are more comfortable. Screw u dc!
So they put up on their DC shoes web, lots of pairs of trainers in offer and they state you can return them if you need. It turns the two pairs my partner and i bought, are so small. Our size that works in all the shoes in the world, do not fit in DC shoes. They're way smaller than the stipulated. So i proceeded to return them, and they need to be shipped abroad wich cost as much as the trainers. Good job guys, thanks for the scam. They don't even reply to emails. DISAPPOINTMENT
I ordered a pair of shoes for my bfs birthday. They were the right size but the shoes were too small. I called customer service and they helped w the return label and ordering the same shoes 1/2 size bigger. When I received the new order they were the WRONG SHOES! Completely different style and color and now too big because we ordered 1/2 size bigger and charged me twice as much! Don't waste your time w DC shoes.

DPD said they only had one parcel - even though the email said "the order" would be delivered today!

I paid for my shoes waited 2 weeks for shipping. Got my shoes was excited. Said correct size on box. Both shoes 2 sizes to big. Supposed to be a size 6 came a size 8. Called customer service. Told me they would send me a lable to return. And send me a refund. I don't want a refund. I want the right shoes. I live in the middle of nowhere. So it's going to take 2 weeks to send back 2 weeks after for refund. And these shoes have been selling out. Fml right. They don't care. And won't do anything.
Placed an order fro Andy Warhol high tops, the box was destroyed in shipping. Like I know it's only a box but it was like a special edition for collectors. I called them up and emailed them. They were very unhelpful and said they have no control of how it's handled in shipping. TF you do! Ship your 5h1t in a F***** box not a bag. JFC. There's no pride just y'all with your heads up you a55es. F*** you DC you suck!
I bought a pair of sneakers, the quality is horrible and they aren't American sizes, I wanted to return them and since I was a little past the 30 days because I work alot and their customer service isn't opened on the weekends, they wouldn't take them back, I never wore them and was willing to do an exchange. The customer service rep said they don't do exchanges. So, here I am wasted 60$ on sneakers that I can't wear. They do not take care of their customers at all. Horrible company to deal with. I will never order from them again and I for sure wouldn't recommend anyone else to order their junkie, garbage foot wear either.
Shoes came as seen on web site. Shipping was delayed by weather so anticipation was high. Very comfortable. Soles could use a little help seem stiff. Over all very satisfied with my purchase.
Don't buy from them. They're no longer DC. They lost all credibility over the years like most skate shoe companies. Stay away from this online store and their services or you'll find yourself in a loop of poor practices unlike any retailer with an image like theirs. Maybe I've just given them too much credit over the years.
The service is just really poor now. The shoes are in poor shape now too'new'. I can't consider these to carry the weight of their previous models at the slightest.
I've ridden skateboards on and off since I was 9 years old. I've worn DC shoes for the same amount of time. My DC Anvil's have lasted me almost a decade. Recently I bought a pair of their new Central line and they are quite possibly the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I will buy and wear DC shoes until my dying day
