Customer service does not care about the experience you encounter. Ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair was correct and one was the wrong shoe and size. They will not send me the correct order of what I purchased. I have to return the wrong pair before my account gets credited back. As a fix to the situation they offered me 30 percent off my next order. Hahahahah Are you kidding me? With that awful customer service I will never deal with DC shoes.com again. I have a feeling my return of money to my card will be just as painful as to having to harass them to address my incorrect order.
Do not take the chance! Lesson Learned.
