DC Shoes

Ordered shoes had a confirmation email that says it will be shipped out 2 days after purchase, found out this morning after a week of no emails or contact that it would be sent out 5 to 7 business days as of today June 2nd. Then I received and email that 2 weeks before shipping, then called for a refund since I paid for express shipping was told since I already paid they couldn't refund me which makes zero sense since there has to be a transaction before you can get a refund (super sketchy). All I wanted was a pair of shoes that fit instead I got answers that told me it would be no less than 30 days to receive my shoes, called my bank they are now investigating the transaction and I'll be getting my refund within 2 business days from my bank not DCSHOES.

So I bought a pair of shoes noticed 3 weeks later that the money had been deposited back into my account. I called they told me everything was good and then the very next day my order was cancelled. So I was though maybe that was just a fluke and placed another order this time for 2 pairs of shoes thinking they will definitely ship at least one pair. Low and behold the money has been deposited back into my account 2 weeks after the order was placed yet on the website it still Says being processed. They say they are moving warehouses and may take 1-2 weeks to be moved over. Its has said this for 3 months now! DO NOT ORDER SHOES THEY WILL JUST CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND NOT SAY ANYTHING TO YOU. I have tried contacting them by email with no response and they have no customer service on the weekends to call by phone. I used to love DC shoes but the experience trying to buy directly from them during a pandemic where you cannot buy shoes in store has truly turned me off of this company. Get your $#*! together DC!
