Skinny drops has some amazing effects in my body and over-all well-being. With it, I only consume small portions of my meal daily and I have cut on my snacking as well. It made a huge difference with my weight and I am loving the results.

I ordered from them and did 2 drops daily i am now done using it and see no change in my belly, the shipping was 2-3 days very good packaging but i see no change

1-you can make an account for your order, but you can't cancel your order by clicking a 'cancel' button once its made. Instead, you have no other choice but to contact customer service. Customer service gets back to you two days later, saying its already shipped and theres nothing they can do. So you are stuck with your order, which any other site would have let you cancel easily if you had just hit the cancel button shortly after making the purchase.
2-then your order says it was delivered, but nothing is there. So you contact Customer service again, to let them know the package you never wanted in the first place didnt arrive. They get back to you three days later telling you once again, there's nothing they are going to do about it (when other places would offer to ship a new shipment out to you and offer their apologies.) and tell you to take it up with USPS instead. So you have to make an account with THEM and then submit a form for missing mail that will likely end you up nowhere.

Horrible customer service. Highly suggest this company reviews its practices. Waste of money and waste of time.

I never received my order and yet I try to contact someone in person to talk to and no one to talk with! I write emails and they send back that I did receive my package! I can't get a refund. The post office lost my package and delivered to the wrong address... I've been trying to call the post office about this and still nothing so I'm told to call the company and guess what!... no one calls me back or I just get emails saying my package was delivered! No actual phone number to talk to a representative! I basically threw away 70 dollars on a product I never got! I will be contacting the better business bureau. This is rediculus!

If you ordering Dao Drops for delivery outside USA don't purchase because I am in Canada waiting for delivery since May 26th 2020 and have no idea since where my order is since I placed order on May 11th, 2020, Dao Drops are just making money out of rush processing by charging extra money for rush processing I believe its not worth it save your money don't pay for rush processing you will waste your money and Dao Drops will not give you refund no matter you dont receive order even in more than 4 weeks
