Well, They charged me an extra $5.
By mistake, I guess, or they hoped I wouldn't check!? Strange! ALSO After showing on my order buy 2 & get 1 free! Will not ACCEPT! DISHONEST?!? This raises a RED FLAG MAKES U FEEL THIS SIGHT IS A " HACK"?! I'm not placing my order to Mt. Wouldn't be interested in Drops from them! I'm sending the Drops I ordered for me in SC back when they arrive and I'm calling Am Ex today, to report!

I completed my transaction for my order on February 28th, and the shipping label was created the very next day. But i still to this day have not received my order. I had even paid an extra seven dollars for expedited shipping. In regards to this mishap i have attempted to contact their customer support 3 times and have gotten the same "we are trying our best. We will ensure it will be delivered within the next 24-72 hour" response EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I honestly don't even want the damn drops anymore. I just want my $37 back.

After finding out about the company "dao drops" I got super excited to go through their products and order from them. They seemed to have good products with all of the natural essentials inside these droppers. So I ordered 3 bottles from them and also paid extra for EXPRESS SHIPPING. Long behold I never receive my package. So I'm not a person that makes a big deal about things or easily catches an attitude over small things. So I went to my local post office to check the status of my shipment being that it said it arrived on my city but that's as far as the tracking shows. After days of going back and forth the post office shows me the shipping label that was PRINTED on dao drops end and they never even put an actual address on the label- instead they addressed it to my EMAIL ADDRESS and put the wrong zip code! So my package got sent to another city. (Again not making a big deal about it as I assume it's a small issue and it will get handled) after several attempts of reaching out to this company via Instagram comments, Instagram messages and EMAILING, they have left my messages on read never responded to emails and never resolved this matter. It's so unfortunate I was excited to order from them and was even referring other people to their products. This was the first time and the LAST time I will order from them. I understand people make mistakes- but to have terrible customer service and lack of communication when people spend their money with this company and refuse to solve an issue that was a mistake on their end is beyond me.

Beware of this company* seriously.

I ordered my drops on the 6th of february and the tracking said it was shipped the 7th. Its now the 21st and i still havent received them. ALSO i just got an email saying it was just shipped? Ill add pictures. I emailed them requesting a refund because im really not interested anymore and they told me theyll have to deduct 15$ because of their policy? So id only get 3$ back. So i dont recommend this. I was super excited about it and checked my mail daily just waiting to try it.

They sent my shipment to the wrong addressWill not refund me for it The address that they sent it to was on the same action street just wrong number and when I asked them to resend it or help me figure out what happened to my order they refused to give me a refund or resend or stop the order
