I had a coupon in the mail ordered a secondary product. Got $14 off however it automatically charged me for 5 day shipping. I didn't even receive the product nor did it ship even in 5 days. So I paid extra to ship it out faster and yet I did not receive the product any faster if anything I received the product later than estimated and later than expected. Did not receive a response for my emails, or messages on their social media no matter how many times I've messaged about my refund for shipping costs.

I ordered 2 drop bottles on a Monday, paid express shipping to get it before the weekend. Weekend came and went, send message asking when my order will ship… no reply…. Over 2 weeks later, send another message… no reply.
Sent PayPal a request for refund after trying to contact the company and getting no response. The company then sends them. Still no response from company or offer to credit the express shipping charge.
Just very unprofessional and borderline sketchy.

I've been waiting on an order since April 15th that was placed through the website. I've emailed customer service 3 times with no response. I've called the number on their website, but it simply asks you to email. I've reached out through Amazon, but even then, after a promise to help rectify the situation, no response. I'd find another company to deal with if I were you. Worst customer service ever.

It's so frustrating! After reading all good reviews I ordered and received a leaking bottle. Reached out to customer service no response. I ordered a new bottle, paid shipping so that it reaches in 5 days and it's been over 10 days it's still in processing status. There is no one who responds to the emails and now customer service phone number is disconnected. I am thinking of disputing the money as I don't see the product is getting shipped.

Good product fast shipping and good taste. Put them in shake this morning.

It was very easy to order, but it took longer than expected to receive.

I placed my order on Feb 28th 2022 and I have yet to receive my order and it's 5/13/22! I've emailed several times without a response back! What is going on? I've never had this issue before! I would like my money back or my items!

I've only been taking it for a few days, but it actually does curb my appetite! Looking forward to purchasing Skinny Drops again this time with the Detox! Great product!

I started using the drops about 2 years ago & was satisfied with the product & the company feedback. Lately there seems to be a decline & maybe it's because the demand has increased. I'm not sure. After I recently received a damaged product (chipped dropper & open bottle), I have not been able to reach anyone by phone or email, which I sent 2x. What if I had choked or cut the inside of my mouth? Am I supposed to send a bat signal? They don't get back to you, but always want you to review their products. Well... here ya go

The product was shipped in an envelope and arrive broken and the oil leaked in the bag. The product is unusable. I contacted customer service with no resolve and my e-mail being ignored. It has been over 5 days now. I requested a replacement. Normally they ship in a box the products. Normally there has been no issues until now.

Product didn't do anything for me. Use drops as directed with no results. Eat clean with minimal exercise.

I had no problems with them the first few times I ordered but then I ordered in April and did not receive my order. I paid 30.00. A label was created in California and UPS was waiting for the product to send. I emailed Dao Drops 9 times and never got a response and you can not talk to a real person. Their phone message tells you to email them. Now a stupid mistake, I decided to give them another chance and i ordered on June 13th 2022 and another label was made in California but the order was never filled. I live in Ohio. That was another 70.00. Today is June 20th and I have already sent two emails and again no response from the company. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Customer service doesn't seem to exist. They just take your money and rip you off. DO NOT for any reason order from this company. I lost 100.00 with nothing to show for it.

I feel so much better. You should really give this a try. I not a fan of exercise and workouts. I want quick results in a little amount of time.
