I was disappointed that the pants didn't fit my husband because of his leg braces. However, Daily sale gave me an in store credit. I'm disappointed again because there are things I wanted to buy but I can't bring the credit up so I can't buy the items.

Mostly service good problem with one seller they only gave BS when you've explained you did everything possible and they won't make you whole.

The add said 1600 thread count sheets, I get the sheets and it says nothing on package about 1600 thread count just that they are microfiber sheets. Not even close to the same thing. Paid $59 to my door, purchased the free return insurance, My total return was $23! If they were giving stuff away free i would be skeptical. Do not give you money to this company!

I bought 4 smart watches, and 3 were defective. They were purchased as a gift to my friends in the Philippines. Upon charging 3 of the watches were not charging. I attempted to return but was denied. Warning: Don't buy from this outlet, they don't allow replacement.

This site is easy to use. There are also alot of things/items to choose from and don't forget about the price lots of good and reasonable prices.

Absolutely garbage products that they resell. Purchased an iPad Air 2 from them and in less than a year the face of it had peeled off of the casing. And this is for an iPad Air 2 that had zero traffic or impact bc it was installed in the wall as an intercom for our second home in NYC where we barely spent time

And of course when I reach out to them to see what they can do (bc iPads don't ever come apart by themselves within a year of being purchased), they hide behind their "30-day return window"

Right, got it, so you sell products that go defective after the 30 day mark and then do absolutely nothing for customers in return

I bought AN APPLE COMPUTER LAPTOP. No PASSWORD I CAN NOT USE IT IS A GARBAGE.
I tried to get in touch with customer service No help at all.

Daily Sale is everything you'd worry about an overseas bargain website, -misleading and unresponsive.

This place is absolutely horrible. There's no one totalk to and only emails that never reach anyone. I had to file for return. Charged a 22 dollar return fee to send back a 100 dollar laptop. Supposedly refurbished, the thing was just used and not functioning to add to the problem. It still was locked under the initial user and the battery wouldn't charge. It would only work plugged in which defeats the purpose of a laptop. Absolutely stay away from this company! You will not be happy.
