Gotta be honest in the days of Amazon and all the other ways in which you could order some cycle gear for basic safety protection it was at the last moment that I decided to go to the cycle gear website because I have fond memories of shopping in their brick and mortar. I was so surprised of the selection price ease of ordering speed of delivery, quality of equipment and several other experiences that I can confirm make me want to shop on their website again. I can't think of one complaint about my experience. My item arrived even earlier than I expected it and the description quality and what I ordered was 100% accurate I definitely recommend and will be ordering again without hesitation.
Cycle gear is great but products received was missing a bolt
I've been an RPM rewards member for a while and given I ride a lot and buy a lot of gear. Cyclegear has been crucial in my riding journey. The online 2 day shipping is spot on if not faster. The products always come in new condition and the best part is if I've ever had a problem customer service has always been so helpful without giving me a hard time. I truly value this type of service and I will continue to keep spending my money here as long as I can.
Tracking the product was simple. However, it seems that it was moving quite slowly. It arrived in Temple, TX on Thursday, 21 August, approximately 30 miles away. But it was delivered to the Cycle Gear store in Killeen, TX until Saturday, 23 August. Just curious why it took 2 days to travel the short distance.

I understand that you are not in the business of selling "used" helmets. However, helmets are made to be used while riding and that ride gives important info about the helmet. Is it noisy, does it buffet at speed, is the field of vision as good as you think, are the visor controls easy to operate with gloves while riding, does the tinted drop down visor cover well enough and on and on. I loved the helmet and it matched my bike but because of your no ride policy I returned it rather than possibly be stuck with a helmet that answered poorly to some of the questions above.
I ordered these tires before I need them just in case. The sales person was very helpful in answering all my questions except one. Since it may be at least a month before these tires are mounted, when does the warranty start? At the time of purchase or when they are put in to service?
Everything was okay except I get the notification my tire mounting was done the day after it was done. I had to call to see that it was done the day prior.

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
