Picked up a pair of cycling pants. It was easy and quick.
I have never had a bad experience with Cycle Gear! They are a top rate super store, even when I return an item, no hassle with returns.
I have been buying items from Cycle Gear for 18 years now, they are my favorite store.
Cycle Gear is consistently easy to deal with, fast to ship and accurate with orders
The representative new exactly what I need'd. Amazing customer service, thank you.
Cycle Gear customer service is top notch! They handle everything with speed and accuracy. A+++
Two different times I ordered online. Once to have it drop shipped to my house and once to the store. Both times I had problems with my order. The first time they canceled my order and didn't tell me. I only found out because I called them. The second time, it took twice as long as they said it would take and I had to make four phone calls before I finally got my order. The guy helping me was very courteous and as helpful as he could be, but it still didn't get resolved until I threatened to cancel my order.
The folks at the Cycle Gear store were very helpful in trying to fit a helmet that I ordered online. They found other options that would work just as well however they were significantly more expensive. In the end I couldn't make the helmet work and there was no issue returning it. Nicely done!
We have been searching for a helmet for my wife and it has not been an easy task. The staff at Cycle Gear Savannah have made it a real pleasure to go in store to try on various brands to get that perfect fit like I got for my head.
No issues as I purchased and had installed 3 tires this spring.
The crew at Cycle Gear Cherry Hill are always very helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to chat with.
Returns were easy and expedient. Selection of boots and sizes were plentiful.
Whether at the store or customer service for an online purchase, they have always been excellent to deal with for the years of business.
Always a pleasure dealing with the folks at the store. Friendly, helpful. Highly recommend.
I purchased a part for my motorcycle and paid for overnight shipping (which now is very expensive). They sent me a message that the part was sent a day after I ordered it and it will not be here for three more days. I ordered it at 8 am which was before they opened and hoped that they would send it out on that day. NO! Do not expect expedited service from CycleGear.
Cycle Gear and REvzilla are the same company. When I first started riding, I had an INCREDIBLY difficult time, as a smallish female, trying to find gear that fit properly. I still have difficulty. Helmets were even tougher to fit. As everyone has probably realized, MOST merchandise that is listed on the Revzilla nd Cycle Gear websites is NOT sold in stores, so there is NO POSSIBLE way to try anything on before buying.
Even when did try going to the physical store, I came home with a jacket that was way too tight and helmet pads that gave me migraines. So, the "gear geeks" were of very little help.
If a store is going to advertise free returns, then they should stand by that policy, no matter what. If you give customers the opportunity to try things on before buying, then ONLY list things for sale that are available in the store!
It may have been necessary for me to return an excessive amount of stuff BUT again, there was no way for me to try before buying and I have ZERO CONTROL over store inventory. I have occurred a LIFETIME 25% restocking fee on all returns! If you know how expensive motorcycle gear is, then you understand how INSANE A 25% FEE IS! Regardless of the fact that I've made a lot of returns, I have also spent a LOT of money on gear and, obviously, Revzilla/CG want to discourage me from ordering. I could see 10% but 25%-a quarter of the original price, is basically, being stolen from me because I have no powers of clairvoyance to know whether something will fit or not, and because, the motorcycle world, is relatively clueless about the proportions of women's bodies. I am being penalized for circumstances, completely beyond my control!
I have never had any issues with this company and their return policy is great so I don't feel pressure when I purchase! Recommend.
I have placed an order with CycleGear on 23-Feb-22. At the time I'm writing the review on 09-Mar-22 my shipment is still with USPS. As per CycleGear info, the international shipments suppose to take up to 5 business days. We are as of today at day 8 and the shipment is still in the distribution facility. Not even been shipped abroad.
For the pleasure of not getting my order (anywhere near) on time and/or near any timelines stated on the seller's website, I had to pay $40 for shipping, for a small to medium light package. I'm yet to find out if that will be the total shipping cost or I have to pay additionally if they are using another local shipping company in the country I live in.
Oh, they offered me $20 off my next purchase, like there will be one...
Guys, just avoid.
Just as a reference, my orders from FCP Euro took 3-4 days tops from the moment I place my order and shipping is cheaper for ca spear parts = heavy packages.
Associate ******* Angel was amazing. Very pleasant and professional. A special thanks to her and cycle Gear. Darrell Richards.
Before purchase (Monday afternoon), Cycle gear ADVERTISED 24 hour shipping… comes Friday, and both Cyclegear and Ontrac has no info where my items are, and keep sending me in circles, Incompetent representatives and long phone wait… then back to circles with Cyclegear blaming Ontrac, and Ontrac blaming Cyclegear. Cycle gear stated they always been having these problems with the Carrier, yet still send customers order through them. Definitely will not order through Cycle gear ever again after this purchase. Zero star if i can give…
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
