As far as the tire I was very happy with product but the tire machine was down and the sales person said they could mount the tire when the tire machine was fixed which might take two or three days to fix but they could not balance the tire because they did not have the part for the tire machine, which I don't understand because they mounted and balance my harley rear tire a couple of weeks ago

You guys apparently don't carry any thing for the HJC RPHC 70. So when I searched for this helmet on your site is shows other face shields for other helmets and I did not look closely and I bought a face shield, and other things for the wrong helmet. I was able to return the face shield and visor but unable to return pinlock due to I put it on the shield. So I am out $. I have been looking for a replacement face shield for my helmet but you guys don't have them.

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
